Really was a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Mark and Lyn were lovely and welcoming. The property was lovely and clean and well maintained. Our room was so spacious and the shower room was pristine. We had a drink at the little bar both evenings. Breakfast was freshly cooked. A lovely choice of fresh fruit too and cereals and granola and yogurts. Really couldn’t fault it. We would highly recommend. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Lovely break at the AA five star B& B of the year 2024, it says it all

As soon as we approached Bryn Derwen we knew we’d made the right decision to stay there. Inside the decor is modern but traditional too in keeping with the age of the property. Lynn welcomed us in and Mark too, very friendly and explained about ordering our breakfast etc and then helped us with our luggage. We picked a large double room which it was, again modern decor with a touch of tradition. The bathroom was very chic, lovely walk in shower & everywhere was spotless. We both slept really well in our large bed and went downstairs for our pre-ordered breakfast (plenty of choice, full Welsh, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, kippers and more)but before the hot food there was an array of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, danish pastries and a choice of fruit juices. You certainly wouldn’t go hungry. Mark was the chef and Lynn served us and they both do a great job. Unusually in Llandudno there was parking at the back of the B&B although we’d parked on the road outside . Bryn Derwen had plenty of seating/tables outside both at the front and at the back of the property and is within an easy reach of the shops and restaurants in the town. It was a pleasure to stay there and would highly recommend it.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in and would highly recommend it

The hotel was located on a side road, so it was quiet, but close to restaurants, the prom and other amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of extra little touches. There was a good choice at breakfast and the hot dishes were well cooked. The owners Lyn and Mark were very welcoming and helpful

The property is a lovely detached building which has been tastefully decorated. Our room and bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we wanted. Great location for the town and lots of pleasant walks & dining. The owners, Lyn & Mark are rightly proud of their guest house and make every effort to ensure guests feel welcome. Breakfasts are fantastic and their local knowledge and assistance is appreciated.

Where do I start everything was perfect.Mark and Lyn are a lovely couple and fantastic hosts nothing is too much trouble.Their b&b is lovely and so relaxing weather having a drink in the lounge or sitting in the garden.On the landing there is a fridge where they provide fresh milk and water for your room everyday and in the room there is little extra that you don’t get anywhere else.You can see why there are a 5 star b&b.The breakfast choice is excellent and so is all the food.Thank you both for our lovely stay and we will definitely be back.

Bryn Derwen amazing stay!!!!

Lyn and Mark were fantastic hosts they both welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. Throughout our stay they checked in on us making sure everything was to our liking and socialised with everyone. The room was lovely with lots of little extras. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Onsite parking was well organised. Cannot fault a thing. 5 star.

Exceptional

This is a lovely B&B! Close to the beach. Our room was very spacious, sunny with great views. The bathroom was warm and very well equipped. There was a hair dryer in the room, ironing board available, clean bed sheets . Breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Would most definitely recommend!

Property was absolutely pristine, beautifully decorated.Bed was very comfortable and the room had a selection of tea,coffee,biscuits, and chocolates were left on the bedside cabinet each night,along with flavoured water.The cooked breakfast was beautifully presented, with quality sausage and bacon.This establishment offers free parking,and a well stocked bar in the guest lounge.The hosts Lyn and Mark were so friendly and took time to talk to us and nothing was too much trouble for them. Absolutely wonderful,have booked for next year.
