Ashfields

Location was great easy to find.Couple of streets from the seafront and main shopping street. Quiet street even for first week of July . There is onsite parking but was easier for us to park for free about 10 mtrs away in the public middle parking bays. No time limit either. But it is cat n mouse game as very popular. Worth circling afew times. The host was lovely. Very friendly and accomodating. All bedrooms upstairs .The bedroom room 7 was a lovely suprise as requested 2 single beds and got a single and a double . Both very comfortable. Clean , well presented. A tv if you wanted to watch in double bedroom area withdouble wardrobe and chest of drawers. A little comfy chair looking out onto The great Orme with cable cars viewpoint and streets below. Lovely selling point. Kettle, tea, coffee ect replaced daily if needed.Ensuit small shower, great temperature and pressure and toilet. Hand sink just outside the bathroom with cupboard for storage . Hairdryer and towels included. Nice choice of breakfast included in booking and if wanted any changes to cooked full brealfast easily accomodated. Dinning room downflight of stairs. All areas clean, cosy, very quiet, children welcome. Plenty of pillows. If yiu needed anything you just had to ask . Breakfast slots and on noticeboard day before so put request soon as arrive . Come and go as you please 2 doorkeys. Contact and wifi details given in room. We booked 5 nights and would book again.

Suited us fine . Size of room just lovely. My only personal and probably not an issue for others as said my view only. The curtains were cream so let all the light in at 3- 4am . As I dont sleep much these dont help as room was bright. There were 2 windows for the 2 beds so extra bright. Was not worth mentioning to host as was a personal preference and was not a deal breaker as such. Just a heads up if you wakeup and cannot go back to sleep . No lift so if you struggle with stairs was only about 14 up and down to dinning just keep in mind. Didnt bother us.

The on site parking and flat location were great attractions and the staff were very good and welcoming.

Only small complaint was lack of shower gel property rectified immediately Location very good 10 mins to seafront and wetherspoons on route

Parking is limited at property and can be slightly difficult finding space on road but nothing major

Great Location and free parking

Cramped room and bathroom. Was a below double size bed with wafer thin pillows ( this has been commented on in the past it seems) Was stifling hot room is above a boiler room it seems. Asked for a fan said it was not available had to buy our own, the next morning the owner greeted us at breakfast to say "oh you haven't melted them?"
