Small but comfortable room with lovely bedding and towels. Good useable furniture & well decorated room. Enjoyable breakfast
The stairs but of cause someone has to be on the top floor.

The host was so friendly and welcoming breakfast was great will definitely go bk nxt year llandudno is a lovely place from john & Denise xx

Great Location and free parking
Cramped room and bathroom. Was a below double size bed with wafer thin pillows ( this has been commented on in the past it seems) Was stifling hot room is above a boiler room it seems. Asked for a fan said it was not available had to buy our own, the next morning the owner greeted us at breakfast to say "oh you haven't melted them?"
