Two night break in Llandudno

Stayed two nights. Room 8 on the first floor. Comfortable bed and cosy warm room. Shower good, tea/coffee in room. Plenty of storage space. You pre order your cooked breakfast the day before. Really nice cooked breakfast, also cereals, yoghurt, muffins. Really good value for money and would definitely stay again.

The very warm welcome from Melissa when we arrived. Our room was clean with a nice comfy bed. The full English breakfast was delicious. The town centre was only a 5 minute walk away. There is parking at the front of the hotel but more on the street too. We had a lovely 4 nights stay. We will certainly stay here again. Thank you Melissa…you are the perfect host and your kindness was very much appreciated ❤️ love from Sharon and Craig x

There was nothing that we didn’t like because we had everything that we needed and we had a lovely stay. If anything it needs an update on the decor in the room…get rid of the flowery wallpaper and cream curtains and go over the gloss everywhere to freshen/brighten it up.

Friendly host, exellent breakfast, good parking and close to town centre with all the shops and a few pubs. Clean warm room.

Mattress was a little springy. Cramped bathroom. Banged my toe on the shower base going in.No shelf for toiletries. Tiny tv.

The bed seemed like a small double and the bathroom was tiny and barely fit to use and the room was very dated.

Two night visit to Llandudno.

Friendly staff and the location was very good with parking and a very nice breakfast. The room was a decent size and the on suite shower and toilet was okay although a bit tight for space.

The bed was too hard so I kept waking up with a back ache. I think it would be worth the hotel investing in a decent quality bed.

Llandudno 2025 pre Christmas stay

We booked only 5 days previously on the spur of the moment and actually went by the price and 8/10 reviews...we chose well. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and her guest house warm and she serves a yummy breakfast which is included in the tariff cost too.. it was a cold weekend but the heating was on loads and even though we got wet were able to get our clothes dry ready to face the outside again within a couple of hours...

Nothing connected with the booking.. but just wish we'd more time off work to stay longer.. will definitely be back again in 2026

Happy and Sad Llandudno Guest house.

Location was good, the breakfast was good.. the breakfast service was good.

The room heating was not consistent and would be shut off during the evening and would have to remind the owner to put it on again. The bathroom was exceptionally and disastrously small. I could not take a bath. The floors would creak and quall, and we would have to be toptoeing once we enter room. The room lock was broken. Everything would have been good and value for money if I was paying no more than 50 per day, but I paid 93.. isn't that is very high for a small guesthouse in an empty town of Llandudno in the middle of october ...

Spotlessly clean and the owners friendly and couldn't do enough.

Could be cold on a night despite a small heater in the room. Completely understand that a big property to have the heating on at end of September is costly though.

it was good and ok.

The breakfast, room and location were all ok but very closed related buildings.The food was good and the rooms but sometimes you feel heat in the room when you have no fan to support yourself.

The parking spaces for cars are not all that good. sometimes you have to struggle to park your car.

Birthday treat

My friend and I only stayed for a few days .. We loved it, very welcoming and friendly . Comfortable.. breakfast was great.. the accommodation was in a great spot not too far away but far enough to have a quiet time . The host was lovely, a very friendly and helpful lady, also very easy to talk to ..

A guest house mentality needs a revamp

Nice stay

Location very good. Breakfast was very nice. Comfy bed.

The shower room was not throughly cleaned . The fan above the toilet was thick with dust. The skirting boards very dusty especially between the wall and the shower , hair dust on the wall also at the back . The bedroom furniture bit old was a bit chipped in placers . The floors slope but it’s an old building . The room needs updating . Although slept quit well we could hear snoring coming from another room .

A perfect short getaway with my mum. We are extremely pleased.

What can I say really. We were greeted by the owner who was lovely and accommodating. The room was well above standard and spotlessly clean. Bonus being able to watch the cable cars as I sat in the window with my coffee. The cooked breakfast was perfect with the a nice selection of cereal and juice to get you started. Perfect location for my elderly mother, not to far a walk to shops, restaurants and the prom near the pier.

Lovely relaxing stay

Breakfast was lovely. My grandson doesn't really eat breakfast but they made him sausage sandwich. The way the room was set out with the beds it felt like a mini suite which gave us both privacy

Rude staff, old creaky floorboards and paper thin walls, issue with not putting down what time we wanted breakfast when we thought once we said 9 in the morning we meant both days. No coffee in pot so had to wait for them to fetch another pot then we realised there were no spoons to stir it with, I didn’t mind the coffee or spoons missing but after been dressed down in front of other guests the next morning for not writing what time we wanted breakfast I can’t help myself to let you know….the room was of good size but the carpet smelt like a dog had dragged its ass up and down the room so ide take it they allow pets to stay..also was told told the rooms wouldn’t get seen to has the staff had a dental appointment which I dont see why that should have been my concern.

Breakfast good and always fresh and hot.Mellissa always attentive and friendly to all guests. Shower always good with plenty of warm water,though a little tight to get in for 6ft,15 stone person,but ok if careful.
