Lovely, clean and modern property. Great to be able to park right outside too. Gemma was so lovely, friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived 😀helped with our cases and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, and nothing was too much trouble 😊Had to leave unexpectedly early on the Sunday, so Gemma did us a breakfast sandwich to go😄Would thoroughly recommend Gemma, and Shore to Shore xx

Had a great time in Llandudno, our stay at the hotel was complimented by a friendly and kind host.

Excellent breakfast and location was perfect to access all the local attractions.

The room we were allocated was a little small but the landlady promised to give us a larger room for the same price if we came back to stay.

One of the cleanest and friendlier places we’ve stayed at in Llandudno and free parking. Everything was perfect. There’s a walk in wardrobe, an iron/board, safe, toiletries, bath robes and slippers provided. Tea/coffee, biscuits and cake bars were a much welcome treat too. We were treated like friends and will definitely be returning.

It's a Sure Thing... Shore to Shore - Try It!

Lovely little place, spotlessly clean. We only booked a couple of days earlier and had a room at the top, nice decor, good bathroom and shower, comfy beds. All the facilities that you would need. Really friendly host and fabulous breakfasts. 2 streets from shops etc., and one more street further up is the front and pier. Very central.

As a late booker, we had top floor room, so three flights of stairs. But good way to work off the breakfast! Room was nice and warm, so could have done with a lighter duvet.

The location was perfect, close to everything, clean, tidy and the shower was fabulous.

Only gripe I would have is we couldn’t shut the curtains fully at night so room was bright quite early, but no dramas it was fine.

A great start.

Very friendly host. Parking on the driveway. Our suite was more than big enough. The location was very close to shops, bars, restaurants, the seafront, and the pier. We'd both have no hesitation in staying here again.

Comfortable stay

Met by the host, Gemma who was friendly & welcoming. The room was large, bright, clean & comfortable. With a view of the Orme. Clean linen, good shower & comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot & very tasty with good quality ingredients. More of everything was offered. Great location as it is only 2 minutes from town & 5 minutes to the pier. Off road parking also a bonus.

5 star Bed and Breakfast, lovely welcome when we arrived and helped us with our bags . Comfortable clean room, everything we needed. Topped up tea and biscuits and checked we have every thing we needed every day. Ironing facilities in your room, added bonus Lovely breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Parking on site no problem.

Great location, on-site parking, and a very friendly host. Room was very quiet for our stay. Llandudno is also a beautiful place, and perfect base to explore the coast and Snowdonia.

A warm welcome from Gemma when we arrived, the room was clean and well presented as was the rest of the house. It was a big help having an iron and board in the room as well as a safe. The breakfast was excellent, and we were made welcome. Would recommend staying here.

Such an amazing place to spend the week.

Was ready to check in early and was sent an email to tell me we could come anytime from then. The owner was lovely. Rooms were comfy, fully equipped with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. Hairdryer, dressing gowns, towels and slippers.
