The staff. The food. The house itself. The use of the lounge.
Our room had no chairs and no window to see out of and a high window that was too light at night as my dad needed the bathroom light on. Parking was tricky. The pier was noisy.

The people there are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Absolutely lovely. The fan in the room wad a nice touch
Sadly the sea view isn't a sea view. Its a view of trees across the road..
The bathroom in the room we were in was very compact ( being kind) The sink was tiny and I could barely use it as every time I bent down towards it I hit my head on the small cabinet above it.
Could perhaps provide a bit more space for the hot drinks area. The only place to refill the kettle was from the tiny sink. We resorted to using bottled water.
