Great Location with a parking permit loaned to us by the owners for the duration of our stay which permitted us to park on the promenade for the duration of our stay with no parking fee! Paul and Julia very friendly and accommodating and invited us to use the dining room for food taken back/ bought off the premises Clean Good bed linen and towels Complimentary toiletries Tea and coffee provided with complimentary biscuits Ample tasty breakfast with lots of choice

Liked everything but as constructive feedback - Breakfast is served 8.15 -9.15 which wasn’t a problem for us but is quite an early and restrictive ‘window’ for people on holiday and the breakfast / dining room is quite small. As it is a help yourself buffet style breakfast it was a little difficult to manoeuvre especially if other guests were serving themselves/ toasting bread etc at the same time - 8.15 -10.15 may result in fewer people in the dining room at the same time, ease congestion and suit anyone wanting a ‘lie-in’

A very clean and comfortable place to stay . I had a roomy twin room with en-suite . WiFi available throughout the hotel. Buffet style breakfast with ample choice and freshly cooked. Nothing was to much trouble . Location was perfect for me being close to the town centre.

The property is located at the heart of the town with close proximity to the pier and the arcade. The hosts were extremely generous and welcoming. They offered us free breakfast as we were checking out on our 2nd day.

Parking could be challenging depending on how busy the roads are.

The people there are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Absolutely lovely. The fan in the room wad a nice touch

Sadly the sea view isn't a sea view. Its a view of trees across the road.. The bathroom in the room we were in was very compact ( being kind) The sink was tiny and I could barely use it as every time I bent down towards it I hit my head on the small cabinet above it. Could perhaps provide a bit more space for the hot drinks area. The only place to refill the kettle was from the tiny sink. We resorted to using bottled water.
