    Love staying at the grand hotel, spotlessly clean as always, staff amazing nothing is a problem for them, go above and beyond to help, food fantastic, really is the best hotel in Llandudno can't wait to return soon

    Went with my 6 year old kid. It was easy booking and friendly staff. Room has all the requirements. We did not go to the buffet as we are vegetarians. It was near to Great Orme Tram, Conwy Castle, Bets Y Coyed, Colwyn Bay, Bangor, Holyhead. Many places you can go from there. Really good place to stay and dnjoy

    Took family room for the stay on 15 June 2026. Got 202B room, very first entry was foul smell in the room. Immediately opened balcony door and thought smell will go away after some airflow. After sometime went out and camback same kind of bad odor still exists. Went to reception to explain and arrange some room freshener. She told night staff will come and resolve issue. No one turned up until 10PM again went down to report, this time night staff told they will come in 10min and no one turned up. We had to keep the balcony door open all night and it is damn cold outside. No heating was provided in the room. Very awful experience and child was not at all comfort with the sleep that night.
