Check in needed Id which was ok but didn't see the need for it. Was not given room that was requested even though I had emailed hotel twice and was told to pick my room, the room given was smaller than I like with a palm tree covering the window. The bathroom was very small as well, everything was clean and tidy, It was difficult to find parking close to the hotel due to restrictions on time you could stay. Not the hotels fault but it meant quite a walk to the carpark. The breakfast was buffet type and one of the best I've had in a long time, plenty of food and of a good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly all in all a nice stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I stayed in room 12 which had a 4 poster bed and a double bed in it. The bathroom was big with a bath and shower. The breakfast was good you helped yourself to whatever you wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel, nice and clean,bed was super comfy. Close to all the shops,beach and pier. My 1st time visiting Llandudno and it certainly won't be the last. Had a lovely trip to the Great Orme by land train,the highlight was seeing lot's of seal's in the water and on the beach.

Clean and comfortable bed. A little dated and bathroom a little on the small side but was fine for one nights stay . Great price and breakfast choice excellent . Only small crititism would be upgrade to a better coffee machine for Latte or cappuccino etc. other than that no problems. Only other thing was on the corridor the doors when walking through said push not pull then opposite side was not correct . Bit misleading if there was a fire people would panic. Other than that a lovely stay convenient for walking to for places to eat. .. Bar was reasonably priced too. Thank you.

There is no parking at this property, despite it stating on street parking. I went in to ask for recommendations for parking or if they could provide a permit for the parking outside. I was told they didn’t know, thought maybe I could park at whetherspoons and that “it’s not our problem”. There are some beautiful period features. The rooms are shabby and tired, the bathrooms are grotty. We were in a room for four. It was stuffy and so dusty, the carpet felt like it had not been hoovered in a long time. After receiving zero help with parking I didn’t see the point in asking for help with any of the issues in the room. It smelt like stale cigarettes, drains and flea powder. A smell that has followed us home on our luggage. We came back midafternoon to find the manager smoking inside. The saving grace of our stay was the staff hosting breakfast. A man and woman who were so helpful and friendly; great with all the kids and genuinely happy to help. The manager and receptionist could do with some training from these two stars. Don’t stay here

Hotel was ok. No parking at hotel and at times it was difficult to find a parking space near the hotel. Avoid the hotel if you dislike noise through the night from cafes bars and seagulls.

DIRTY SCRUFFY BROKEN...And that's not just the rooms! The so called manager was beyond RUDE, he refused to come and see/smell just how BAD rooms 1&2 were! He went on to tell me that my autistic child was the problem and not his rooms. Toilets in both rooms are broken/wobbly/smelly. Curtains falling off the wall,so leveling light to come in at sunrise. Beds broken, wobbly and very uncomfortable. The bathroom, floors, under furniture, lamps all incredibly dirty to the point of not wanting to touch or use anythingin the rooms. Doors banging, stairs creaking,fridges buzzing all night/ morning long. WOULD NEVER RETURN PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SH1T HOLE .

Our first time in llandudno and we chose to stay at the rose tor hotel its an excellent hotel with everything near by location was perfect 3 miniutes walk from the beach 13 miniutes walk from the train station the staff were brilliant and very proffesional the room was beautiful with all facilities in top condition also included in our stay was a buffet breakfast ranging from pancakes to cerials and much much more thank you for a great weekend have already re-booked up for 2025 👍

Unfortunately we had to get one of the beds re made as there was a blood stain and hair on the sheet. This gave us a poor experience and we started doubting the housekeeping overall. The breakfast was ok, but it felt a bit messy and a bit unhygienic. I wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately.

Rose Tor is situated perfectly in downtown. We loved walking around the night we arrived and seeing the nightlife around town. The breakfast was delicious the next morning! All of the staff was extremely accommodating and gracious. The hotel is quaint, and we loved it!

I booked two rooms for myself and one for my daughter for three nights. the rooms were unheated and cold . No hairdryers in either rooms. when I asked for one the guy at reception was rude and arrogant . he basically told me to go buy my own and said they have no more hairdryers .

Unfortunately we didnt have a very good experience at the Rose Tor. We booked this stay on a previous experience, where we used the pubic bar to have a drink, a few years ago. The communal areas are as nice as we remember. However our family room was dated, dirty and the aroma of cigarette smoke kept us awake for the majority of the night. Our hope for a relaxing night away were ruined by this. When we raised this with the manager the following morning, he came accross rude and extremely unaccomodating. Sadly we wouldnt stay at this hotel again, nor would we recommend it.
