A really relaxing stay

The room we were in was very nice, we had a lounge with a television, couch and tea and coffee, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Sandra the host was really lovely, nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing host and great value

Waited up for us to arrive and check in as we were driving down after work, helped us with bags and where to park, made the room lovely for valentines day and allowed us to leave our car there while we went around the shops. Would 100% recommend and stay again, thankyou very much😁❤️

Didn’t stay!

Close to the pier, and a short distance from town centre. Sandra was helpful, when we arrived.

Lots of stairs, very dirty inside rooms (dust on everything, wallpaper falling off) floor boards very noisy and when walking round the room felt like we were bouncing around. No water provided for drinking in the room. Very noisy guests (could hear everything) was told on arrival that they couldn’t do breakfast because of a refurb (should be on website) Nobody answered our call after hours (tried to tell someone we were leaving and why) but because of this we just said we had an emergency on a voicemail and left, just couldn’t stay at the property any longer.

Perfect host

Sandra went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She was very attentive and thoughtful. The room was absolutely lovely, very spacious with a wonderful view. The bed was so comfortable. Very clean and great location. Will definitely be staying here again.

A great one-night stay in a clean comfortable hotel.

Lovely huge room (received an upgrade on the day) with big windows, sea view, comfy bed and interesting old furniture. All very clean. Sandra was very warm and welcoming.

Perfect holiday break.

So close to the promenade and the town,lovely room and view. Sandra was very welcoming and made us feel at home, a lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble for her. Will definitely be going back to Llandudno and will be staying at the Bella Vista.

The window in the single room won't close, the bathroom window won't open, the mattresses are uncomfortable (the springs are noticeable), and the carpets need a thorough cleaning or replacement (they have an odor). In short, there are many things that could be improved. After my stay, I would choose a different hotel.

the restaurant next to the hotel didn’t give me reservations although I requested several times stating I’ve come from far

Another great stay at friendly accommodation

We have just returned from another brilliant stay at Bella Vista having originally gone last year. We stayed in room number 6 which was absolutely perfect, there was a lovely sea view and large four poster bed which was extremely comfortable. Sandra is lovely and works extremely hard to make sure we are well looked after. The breakfast times were also good being up until 10 allowing a lie in. All in all another enjoyable stay and will be returning next year.

I loved the suite of rooms. It was ideal for me and my two youngest grandchildren.

At my age 81, i struggled with the stairs to our comfortable room on the 2nd floor as there wasn't a lift.

Very nice place, but be aware of parking

Nice place just a block from the sea/pier. Room is small and narrow stairs to access. staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Since I was driving a car parking is important and the description stated parking provided. It is not, as it is street parking only and only after 5pm.

Perfect stay

Beautiful hotel , absolutely loved our sea view room with the four poster bed . Sandra was so helpful and really made us feel so welcome , we had a lovely 2 nights and would definitely be back again . Great location , nice and clean , plenty of tea/coffee/ milk etc … slept so well - thank you for a lovely stay Sandra .. Kind regards , Mr and Mrs Ward

Perfect location and great value

Comfy beds. Large bathroom and a separate living room. Great breakfast - selection of cereals, hot and cold drinks, yoghurt and highly recommend the full English. Perfect location - close to the pier, tramway and places to eat and drink and at a great price.

Nice seaside stay in Llandudno

The location was wonderful, and it was nice to have a suite with multiple rooms! We also enjoyed the larger bathroom and how quiet the hotel was!

The decor is a bit dated, and the beds were fairly uncomfortable.
