Excellent 2 night stay in Llandudno

The hosts were friendly and welcoming . The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with everything you needed . The breakfast was excellent and cooked to perfection . The property was very close to the town and only a short walk to the beach .

Good cooked breakfast, with cereals and fresh fruit, for those prefer this. Comfy bed, clean room, shower & toilet. Freindly hosts David and Jackie !

My only issue is car parking. This does not reflect on the proprietors of Mulberry House, car parking anywhere in Llandudno, has always been a problem. Too many cars, not enough parking space to go round.

Our second stay at this perfect b&b.

Jackie and Dave are perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure a wonderful stay. We stayed here two years ago and enjoyed it so much we didn't hesitate to book again. Our room, although advertised as a small double, was more than big enough for the two of us. Spotlessly clean with large fluffy towels. Bed was super comfortable. Thank you for a perfect stay. We'll be back!!

Welcoming hosts, delicious breakfasts!

We had an absolutely smashing time, and it was all down to the fantastic hosts, Jackie and Dave. What a lovely couple! From the moment we got there, they were brilliant with us, proper friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast... honestly, it was top-notch! Everything was cooked fresh to order and was absolutely delicious. A proper hearty breakfast that really set us up for the day. You won't go hungry, that's for sure! Our room was spot on, too. You can tell they've really thought about all the little details – everything you could possibly need was there. It just made the stay feel that little bit extra special. After a long day out, it was lovely to come back to the cosy guest lounge and just have a sit down. We honestly can't recommend the Mulberry house enough! If you want a place with brilliant hosts who really look after you and a breakfast that's the business, this is it. Cheers, Jackie and Dave, you're absolute legends! We'll definitely be back!

Well restored guest house with modern and stylish touches

Well refurbished with lots of nice touches. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The shared lounge downstairs was lovely to sit in. Breakfast was fab. Location really convenient for beach, shops, food and drink

Can't fault the hosts or the room. My dodgy knee didn't enjoy the stairs to the second floor but that couldn't be helped!

The location is central, immaculate and nothing I could fault. They catered for every need. The downstairs lounge was an extra bonus for a night cap and a hame of cards.

Parking is first come first serve in the street as is the case in Llandudno but the owner helped to park right near the property.

Llandudno has been a regular destination for us for short breaks over many years and we have discovered some excellent guest houses. This was our first stay at Mulberry House and we were not disappointed. The location was ideal for our needs, the breakfast was first class and our hosts friendly and most “accommodating”.

It would have been impossible during our stay to find any fault whatsoever. Everything was as we could wish!

Lovely place— kind hosts

Loved that the whole place felt clean and kind— there were tons of little things in the room and building to help make your stay more comfortable. Things like plates and mugs being left out in case you needed them after hours. Things like discovering the eye mask and earplugs in the drawer of the dresser. These little things let you know that the host is thinking of the guests and wants you to be safe and comfortable.

I wish the room had air conditioning or a good ceiling fan — a struggle for a lot of homes in the UK… But man, it was HOT those days!
