The breakfast was very good. just what we asked for. The room we had was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was lovely. It looked new. The house is in a very convenient place for the pier, shops and promenade. The young couple were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

The hosts were very friendly, the breakfast was lovely, and the room was very clean, enjoyed our stay there, just a few minutes walk to the centre and shops.and free parking, excellent.

The rooms were spotless. Dinning Room was clean and lovely furniture with everything you need for breakfast full English cereals fresh fruit yogurts. Adcote house is close to the town centre & promenade. There is parking onsite for about 4 cars.

Tastefully decorated throughout, great quiet location with 6 free car spaces (parked 1 in front 1 behind each car).
The hosts were very friendly, lovely breakfast included.
Apart from the seagulls the room was quiet, couldn't hear any other guests at all. We would visit again!
Took a while to connect the TV to the internet, but got there in the end! TV channels seemed to only work on HD so not many to choose from. We watched netflix which streamed ok. TV could do with upgrading really.
The bed was firmer than i like but the bed linen and pillows were very comfortable.
