A really excellent first stop at a lovely bed and breakfast.

They made you feel welcome from the word go. First time at a bnb it was a great experience. Wife has issues with overpowering perfumes and they more than accomodated for her, it wasn’t any trouble for them. The breakfast was wonderful even tried kippers which is not norm for Aussies Thankyou again

Best guest house in Llandudno

One of the best guest houses we have ever stayed in. Located in a really quiet street with good off road parking. Everywhere in the guest house was spotless. The room was really comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The host Gareth was really friendly.

One of the best guesthouses I have stayed in.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Cliffbury guesthouse, everything was wonderful the room was very comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. The cooked breakfast was to die for would highly recommend, it really set you up for the day, freshly made with locally sourced produce always hot and plenty to choose from. If you preferred a cold breakfast there was plenty of choice, from cereal, fruit salad/greek yogurt, toast, there was something for all tastes. Brilliant location within a 5 minute walk to the town and the beach, lots or places to eat and have a drink. Gareth & Claire were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and we wouldn't hesitate staying at the Cliffbury again it is definitely very deserving of it's 5* rating. Thanks for a lovely stay.

we have stayed in this property quite a few time, every time we stay we are extremely happy with every aspect of it. Gareth and Claire are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Stay here! You will not regret it!

Very welcoming, accommodating and outstandinding customer service, Gareth is a fantastic host! Made us feel like staying with a friend but also very professional. Impeccably clean and covid secure. The breakfast is incredible and options for everyone. Worth every penny.

Comfortable stay

Nothing was too much trouble for Gareth and Claire. Asked every day if anything was needed. Very clean and careful with Covid care. Lovely breakfast. Liked that they did decaff tea and coffee and herbal drinks
