Seren Villa

Very friendly, really nice rooms, excellent location near the station - can't fault it!

Everything really. The location is absolutely fantastic, minutes away from the train station, about 5/7 mins to Mostyn Street & the seafront, literally 2 minutes to Madoc Street. The hosts were absolutely lovely. Superbly clean, smelt lovely. While close to all the busy parts of Llandudno, very quiet even with the windows open. Bed was superbly comfortable, tend to struggle sleeping away from my own, but nope, no issues here. The main space of the room was a decent size. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bathroom was a tad on the small side, but not a lot you can do about that. I have a knee issue and the shower getting in & especially felt precarious as it was quite a step in & out.

Seren Villa was the perfect place to stay during my trip to Llandudno. The location made it easy to explore the town and the wonderful hiking trails nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The views were amazing! Paul & Christine were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help me out during my visit.

It was quiet, beds were comfortable and there was always tea coffee available in our rooms.

The showers didn’t always have warm water. You would need to be up before other rooms to have warm water but in the evenings or late afternoon there was no hot water. Shower cubicles were small, not a lot of space in them. Each room had a key and we had booked 6 rooms with children of ages 14 and 17 who never had to look after a key before. However this was the first time they had to look after their own keys it’s only natural they will forget to pick up their key before they left their room and would get locked out. This was unacceptable to the staff. they did say ring the bell for anything we need and as many times if we need anything. The children were made to feel guilty and we all felt we couldn’t ask for anything. Bedrooms had Cob webs otherwise looked lovely. There was no where to get water, had to use the bathroom sink for the kettle. Dining area was made available as a good will gesture however we only used this one as it was only available between 6 and 8pm. Having had a late lunch we would eat around 8 - 9pm. Overall the staff were polite and friendly until we rang the bell requesting a duplicate key.
