A great place to stay for a few days or a few weeks! I was sad to leave.

The breakfast was well cooked, generous and delicious, the location for the town and the amenities is perfect. I was made to feel very welcome by the hosts and had lots of helpful tips and information to aid my stay in Llandudno.

The shower cubical could have been a bit bigger, but I got far more in the room overall than I expected. It just made washing more difficult.

Nice location, be wary of the host!

Lovely and clean, great location.

Got segregated from others at breakfast and accused of flouting the rules, bringing takeaway food back into the hotel! Was not us and did not appreciate the accusations as we always respect where we stay. Not even an apology on the last day hence cameras everywhere which could have been checked.

Superb B&B! Friendly staff and spotless

All staff were amazing. Felt like friends when we left. Very welcoming and full of local knowledge. The room was gorgeous. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless as well as the rest of the property. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were happy to accommodate any preferences. Will definitely stay here again, and we can't wait. We recommend this to everyone wanting a warm welcome and a fantastic time in Llandudno.

Extremely disappointing stay

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel in North Wales was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share it to warn other travelers. First of all, I found bugs on the duvet, which was absolutely unacceptable and made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Secondly, the carpet was dirty and sticky underfoot — a clear sign of poor hygiene and maintenance. The room was located right next to the elevator, and I could constantly hear people coming and going, as well as the sound of the elevator itself. It was very noisy throughout the night. The room was also incredibly small — much smaller than what was shown in the photos on the website. It felt misleading and deceptive. What shocked me the most was the price: £100 per night for such conditions. The stark contrast between the cost and the quality of the room made me seriously question the credibility of listings on Booking.com. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again and will be much more cautious with future bookings.

Llandudno itself is lovely and so was location of hotel Weather was beutiful

When We booked the impression was breakfast was included apparently it wasn't - if we wanted breakfast it was at extra cost so a little disappointed. Not hotels fault but ours should have checked before we booked.

Great location and easy to get to places

The breakfasts were great and the staff went out of the way to provide vegan options for me. The location was excellent at the end of the promenade and near to the shops and restaurants The staff were really friendly and welcoming.
