Room was clean and tidy, free WiFi, tea & coffee facilities. Proprietor was very pleasant over the phone. Close to beach and shopping centre.
Parking was a nightmare had to park streets away. No continental breakfast as stated in advert. No hot water in shower room basin, had to boil kettle,shower cubicle was tiny (couldn't use). Tv kept losing signal.No staff on site, just a register on table to be filled in when in and out. Never saw anyone else No staff or visitors.
