The hotel had a lovely family-sized room for 3 children and 2 adults, with a beautiful sea view. The location was fantastic, and the receptionist was brilliant and very accommodating.

Thr room was too hot, didn't sleep at all. We told reception, who said they would adjust boiler room settings, this didn't make any difference. They gave us a fan, which was faulty, sparks flew out when it was plugged in!

Comfy clean luxury and great staff

What a lovely smart clean hotel, with helpful, friendly staff. Right on the front and linked to the Goat Restaurant where we had a delicious relaxed evening meal and fabulous lazy Sunday morning breakfast. We will return 😊

Hovel

The new restaurant

Don't no where to start it's was a grubby bedroom and bathroom hadn't been cleaned for weeks by the look of it and it was for a disabled person ie kick plates on all doors shower made for wheelchair access no problems with people with disabilities but not suitable for me as an able body staff waste of time booked out within an hour couldn't stay in that hovel got full refund after complaining to booking. Com and worst of all, it was housing migrants up until march wow but still charged premium rates to me not happy at all

Perfectly situated for all the major attractions, pier, tramway to the great Orme, shops, restaurants, beach. The service could not be faulted. The Facilities were excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

Very clean and bright and there was parking. The lady on reception, Saturday evening and Sunday morning, was very helpful and pleasant.

The food. The breakfast was just warm and there was no fresh fruit, just frozen berries and natural yoghurt. There were some dried fruits raisins and nuts. It certainly didn’t justify £13.50. We had our evening meal in the restaurant the previous evening. I chose sole meunière, but I think it had been frozen, as it was wet. It should be fried in flour, which it wasn’t, and had the full bone in. It was served with a small dish of boiled potatoes and no veg apart from a few capers. I only ate three haves of the potatoes as they were very dry, so I really didn’t have much to eat with the fish being mostly bone. Fortunately, I don’t have a big appetite. I had a dessert which was good. Also, wine was £7.50 a glass!

Location really good!

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Room was quite dated and needed new wallpaper. We requested an iron board for room but was never brought so had to go down to reception to collect ourselves.

Good location but overall, a disappointing experience.

The reception area is lovely - clearly renovated very recently. Check-in was easy and fast. The hotel is well located - right on the Llandudno esplanade and near the pier.

The room (twin room) was very cramped and the bathroom was bare-bones basic. I felt a bit like I was in a hostel. The carpeting in the common areas could do with replacing and overall, once you left the reception area and went upstairs to the rooms, the hotel looked tired and badly in need of some sprucing up. We booked a table for dinner at The Goat restaurant downstairs (hotel restaurant), and even waited an hour for our table - only to be told when arriving that there was a "problem" in the kitchen and they weren't accepting any more customers. No other explanation or apology. In the morning, the breakfast at the same restaurant was disappointing. Again - the bare basics - horrible bread, awful coffee, the "buffet" was basically cereals and nothing else. On our departure, we were running a little late and requested an extra 30 minutes for check-out but were refused this and told "we'd have to charge you for another day". Won't be coming back!

Clean and comfortable hotel with easy access to turist sites.

Hotel right on the promenade with 5 minutes walk to the pier and 10-15 minutes walk to the cable car and tram terminals. Very good Breakfast and good quality food at the restaurant.

Fabulous.

So I can see the main entrance and restaurant/ breakfast room is quite fresh and modern. Other communal areas were very tired, with less attention. For the cost the room size was very underwhelming and the bathroom/wetroom was dated.

Perfect!

The hotel’s location on the seafront and so near the Great Orme made this the perfect hotel for a weekend break. The hotel’s secure car park meant there was no struggle to find car park spaces . The hotel’s restaurant was outstanding for both our breakfast and our evening meal. It is also easy walking distance from Llandudno’s theatre. All the staff were lovely, particularly our male cleaner who kindly helped us find our room, the welcoming reception staff and the friendly restaurant staff.
