Great find. highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable, wthht two nice sitting chairs in the window to enjoy the view. Room 2. The hosts are lovely - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were very extensive, cereal, yogurt, fruit, cooked breakfast and toast. Pre-order your selection the night before.

Nice quiet room ,Comfy bed , excellent breakfast and lovely views across the bay. Close to all amenities. Would stay again.

Room had only been partially cleaned after previous guests. When we brought it to the managers attention and returned the bathroom had been cleaned but the bins in the room still had rubbish in them. Parking was a problem but that is not the fault of the hotel.

A very lovely place to spend a few days in beautiful Llandudno

It was very pretty, very clean, very comfortable. The hosts were lovely and extremely efficient. The location was perfect. We had a sea view (room 7)

I loved it all. If I had any gripe it would be that you had to request your room to be serviced otherwise it wasn't. We were there for 4 nights and didn't feel comfortable asking the busy hosts to clean our room, so we didn't. For me it's a treat to have my bed made and towels changed, so that was a small disappointment but it wouldn't deter us for stopping again.

I didn’t like the guest talking loudly on his mobile phone at breakfast. Possibly a house ban on such behavior might be possible? I know some places do it but it is probably difficult to enforce.

Fantastic guest house in a great location….just perfect

We had an amazing stay. Fantastic location. Lovely breakfast. It was great they had a licensed bar and comfortable seating outside in the beautiful garden, which overlooked the sea, and it was sheltered from any breeze. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Lovely room (no 9) which had sea views and lots of storage space. Highly recommend this guest house and we will definitely stay again

A very comfortable stay in a fabulous location.

I had a spacious room at the front of property so it had a wonderful view all along the promenade. Table and comfy chairs provided by the window with binoculars if wanted. The outside area is filled with all manner of plants and flowers and is lovely to sit at one of the comfortable table and chairs and have a drink while watching the world go by. The honesty bar means you don’t need to go out to have a drink if you don’t want to. Breakfasts were very well cooked and tasty. This is a very relaxed but efficient guest house.

Great selection of breakfast, cooked to perfection. Staff friendly and helpful. Honest Bar, good selection of drinks and snacks, reasonable prices, lovely view outside. Alexa on outdoor seating area- nice touch. Stayed in room 10, at back of hotel - extra large bed. Higher recommended.

No mini fridge in room - do normally see one in B and B's. However had no impact on stay.

The view

Always enjoy staying at the View the rooms are lovely and clean. Very nice toiletries provided comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The breakfast is outstanding freshly prepared to order. The staff are all pleasant and courteous and nothing is too much. We will always return to the View our favourite place in beautiful Llandudno.

Totally recommended, relax trip to Llandudno

The effort Brian and Lian put into keeping the hotel running was evidence inside out, from the well-prepared room to the thick guidebook full of local tips. The location was ideal, right by the pier and beach. The building has a charming 19th-century feel, complete with a traditional elevator that’s a real throwback. The shower/toilet was sparkling clean (literally spotless, not even a trace of mould), with a good electric shower and even some luxury touches like a bathrobe. Breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed all the flowers and vegetables grown on the front steps. The terrace has a great view of the beach. There’s plenty of parking nearby if you're happy to walk about 10 minutes, even during peak season. A very lovely stay overall.

Outstanding.

Such a lovely guest house. Conveniently located right by the pier with stunning views. Extremely clean, comfortable rooms and lovely polite staff. We were lucky enough to stay here during one of the hottest weekends, the bedroom was spacious and cool, and the en suite was a great size. The breakfast was well presented and delicious. There was a honesty bar, that was a great surprise.

Lovely visit to Llandudno

Gorgeous place, friendly welcome, excellent breakfast and we appreciated the honesty bar. The view from the garden at the front is wonderful and the planting in the garden is stunning. It’s clearly lovingly cared for. Parking on street can be tricky but we were lucky. Great location too, highly recommended!

Great place to stay...location great....but be aware of the access...fairly steep!

Great bedroom with a fantastic view....very clean. The breakfast was a pre order arrangement and was good, it ..worked well for us and the other couple who were there with us. Didn't use the honesty bar...but that seems to work well.

Noting we didn't really like...just a couple of little things that could improve the stay...the toilet role holder was loose..very squeaky floor in the bathroom...and a better shower head would be good...all easily fixable..and cheap to remidy. Room 3.

Amazing stay.

The view guest house is very welcoming, the staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and choice were good and ordered the night before. The hotel was spotlessly clean. A good choice honesty bar. The flowers and plants on the balcony's are beautiful . The view from the balcony while enjoying a drink is a must. We had a fantastic stay and booking again for later in the year.

Location Breakfast was amazing quality products cooked to perfection View was amazing although the back of the pier is a let down nothing the hotel could do about that but does spoil the wonderful view slightly

The shower was very poor hot water took around 10 minutes to come through and it was very weak The shower had lots of black around the seals which is off putting Would expect better for the higher cost if room The room itself was standard although the toiletries and tea tray we’re very good

This guesthouse has everything in your room, hairdryer,shampoo,conditioner,bath robes, shoe horn,tea,coffee,milk, comfy bed ,lovely pillows, the view from room eight was fab, the patio at front of property is lovely, and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful,pick what you want great choice.Absolutely spotless room,the lift was very quick,would absolutely recommend 100%
