Breakfast was delicious and room was comfortable and very clean. Location was great.
The view from our room was awful , there was a lot of dead plants and ladders and buckets outside plus windows where dirty on the outside.

Enjoyed the breakfasts, served at the table. View beyond reproach. Room, absolutely fine. (Hint to owner; one light bulb out, proximity light on landing not working)

Great location, friendly staff and it felt like everything a guest could need had been thought about
Breakfast didn’t start until 8:30 and no alternative was offered to us when advised we would be leaving early. Shower power wasn’t great
