Close to seafront with parking, lovely lady who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent so generous.

Excellent location. Hostess Amy very welcoming and helpful. Room rather small but comfortable and fully equipped.

A full cooked breakfast was offered plus porridge. The alternative buffet breakfast was adequate but would have liked a little more choice, i.e. muesli, cold meats and cheese and other breads or pastries.

Had a few problems with tv remote and Internet was a bit hit and miss.

Wasn't keen on the sausage or bacon first two mornings but good selection of cereals etc very good: cold room was given extra heating when asked for was needed so much

Great Hostess, Accomodation, and Location

Craig-Ard is ideally located within easy walking to the centre of Llandudno, Train Station, Bus Stop, Restaurants and not too far from the Pier. Amy gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, and she was available throughout our stay, and always asked if everything was OK and did we need anything for the room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything required. Cooked breakfasts were very good, each being individually prepared according to preorder. Throughout our stay at Craig-Ard it was very pleasant and relaxing, and we would highly recommend it. Sincere Thanks to Amy and family, and best wishes for the future.

Just what we wanted and the people that run the hotel was 100%.

Breakfast was excellent, location was perfect as i had trouble walking. bedroom was clean and very comfort and bed mattress was perfect for a good night sleep. Parking at the back of the hotel perfect.

Good location - lots to do

Made to feel very welcome by Amy. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice. We had a lovely super king sized bed. Really good location 5 mins walk from the pier. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

Lovely place, nice hotel with a great host.and llandudno fantastic place to visit.

The breakfast was brilliant. Choice was great and the host could not do enough to insure all was ok for you. Nothing was a problem. The host was always happy and happy to help with anything you needed.

A shelf in the shower would of helped but not important. Other than that all was very good.

Amy was an outstanding host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect and our stay was better than we'd expected.

The room was a bit warm but not hot enough to ask for a fan. The shower was a bit of a challenge to get a steady temperature but worked out okay eventually

A Lovely One Night Stay.

Room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Very near the Town Centre. Amy, our host, was very friendly, helpful and obliging. I would definitely stay here again. All good.

No nonsense hotel and a lovely stay.⁶

Not the most modern hotel but it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the breakfast was the best ever. Amy and the family made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was super comfy and nice linen. Bathroom and shower working perfectly and again, very clean. Position of the hotel is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and 3 minutes walk to the shops. Its also on a pretty quiet road. Parking is at the rear of the hotel and a finely jiggled parking system worked out by Amy. No problem. Will definitely be back.

The Craig Ard - Great Location and Perfect Host

Amy is the perfect host. Always smiling and can't do enough for you. The rooms are fairly well appointed and kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast is excellent with the award winning hash browns. The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to the town and many restaurants and bars.

Nothing not to like. Whilst there is a bar it is not staffed which is a shame as probably more guests would use it. Instead there is fridge with cold drinks and there are optics for spirits. We didn't use the bar but you put down on a sheet of paper what you have had and settle with Amy when you check out.

Expectations exceeded.

We stayed for a week and used the hotel as a base to explore north Wales so we were hopeful the positive reviews were accurate. They were. In fact, Amy far exceeded our expectations and was an absolutely splendid host. We have almost never experienced a host who has been so helpful. The breakfast is very generous, perfectly cooked and there is a wide selection to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. Obviously we would rate our stay A+ and recommend it without hesitation. Many thanks, Amy, for helping to make our first foray into Wales exceedingly memorable.

Amy was the most welcoming and accommodating host. She simply couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfast order was taken the night before and ready for us when we arrived at our table.

The property is in a good location and there is free parking at the rear. The breakfast was nice and there was a good choice.

Amy was very welcoming and asked for payment on arrival as we were staying one night and it would be busy the following morning. I had no complaint with that. The next morning when we went to check out there was another couple at the reception. Amy asked if we’d paid for our room. I replied that we had and she asked our room number. She then asked again if we’d paid and got out a card receipt and asked if it was my card number on it. This felt uncomfortable in front of the elderly couple and made me feel embarrassed.

Breakfast , including drinks , are ordered the day before from a long list of items. Cereal , fruit , yoghurts are on a self service basis. Breakfast can be as small or as large as you choose. Extra toast was offered too. The room was on the first floor , comfortable and very clean and with a good en-suite toilet and shower. Set very close to the main beach just 2 streets away it is an ideal location for shopping and sightseeing.

Excellent would stay again Hostess exceptional care, help & information

Breakfast excellent and plenty of choice catered to all needs on request. Location superb handy for sights cafes & restaurants. Room single small but well maintained extra supplies readily available on request. Had slight problem with close situation of shower to toilet as cut leg on sharp wooden corner but problem rectified immediately

Stairs not easy if you have a heavy suitcase as continuous turning corners but staff helped. No lift in property as advertised
