The room was very comfy and and bed very firm, I really liked the room and very clean no dust at all... location was good not far from the centre in a car or maybe a 15 minute walk into LLandudno centre... Hotel had a nice Little bar and big ball room with entertainment on a Saturday.
I asked for a sea view when I booked the room and the hotel said no problem, however when I arrived they put us in a back room which I was not happy with, so asked the reception and said there would be a charge for a sea view of 10 pound... Did not mind paying the extra 10 pound, however I thought the hotel would give us this request with no extra charge...

Location is amazing
Hotel is very outdated, lift looks like it's going to break down any minute and it appears to be more of a pensioneres hotel, which is fine, but would be good to know
