Great location, super helpful staff, incredibly comfy bed!

Shower was slightly weak but also absolutely fine!!

Really friendly owner and the breakfast staff were accommodating and welcoming. The room was perfect for our short stay and had everything we needed. The place was nice and clean and stocked up with essentials.

Nothing to dislike, just the mattress was a tad uncomfortable but I think that may be because I was pregnant and found the bed too firm, so nothing against the hotels facilities! :)

We had a fantastic stay at The Oasis Hotel Apartment in Llandudno. The place had a lovely, homely feel and came with all the facilities we needed. Everything was clean and tidy, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to everything yet peaceful. The owner was very friendly and made check-in smooth and easy, which set a great tone for the holiday.

The only small thing I’d suggest for improvement would be fixing the blown window on the upper sliding door so the view can be fully enjoyed. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay, and our holiday was fantastic. We’d happily come back again!

Perfect beach front location and able to find parking directly outside, though metered between 10:00 and 16:00. Warm welcoming owner who was able to offer advice regarding future bookings which would be cheaper if we booked directly with him. Booking.com offered a top floor room only, up 5 flights of stairs which the owner kindly changed to ground floor. Very clean room and lots of very hot water and enough storage. Tea, coffee and biscuits was a real nice touch. Internet in the room was good and pleasantly surprised we had lots of TV channels. Last time we went to Wales there were only 4 channels .The bed linens were good quality and clean. Beautiful quality cooked breakfast served with a friendly smile. The bedroom we had was described as garden view ground floor. There is no garden and you look out onto a fire escape and adjacent brick wall, so not pleasant at all. In fact quite disappointing.Due to the necessity of the fire escape we felt leaving the window open at night was not safe and so the room got very warm. The room was also very small and very tired. The bed was too soft for us though others may like a soft mattress . You can't please everyone! Also the bed moved and every time you turned the headboard either banged against the wall or squeaked loudly. We got very little sleep and left unrested but still happy.
