Perfect 5 day stay in a standard room, comfy bed, very clean, good food

hotel was nice & quiet, location is good, breakfast & evening meal were very good, the hotel has a good ambience with nice furniture in restaurant & bar areas. The garden area is lovely but not much sun in the winter when the sun is low in the sky but wasn’t a negative for us we would definitely book again.

One night stay

Lovely warm welcoming hotel, the public areas are very nicely furnished with nice lighting. Staff at the reception desk were very helpful and gave us lots of information. When we checked out at midday we asked if we could leave our car in their garage until 2 pm, which they were very happy to do. The rooms were lovely with large balconies overlooking the pool and gardens. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices to suit everybody's tastes.

Family Reunion A short break to meet up with relatives holidaying in the area

This hotel is a little Gem situated in a quiet side street off the main road a short walk from the beach and all other amenities. It is obvious that the needs of their guests is very important to them by the warm welcome received on arrival. Our room which was only a standard room had everything we needed including coffee making facilities and bath robes. The breakfast was amazing so much choice and so well precented it is a hotel we will visit again

Great location and lovely hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We were there for the Benidorm Half Marathon and would definitely stay here again if we come back which is a big possibility as we had such a good time.

Hotel was great reception staff excellent cleaners great only one complaint the male bar tender didn’t get his name because he completely ignored me for 15 minutes I stood politely waiting to be asked to give my order and was ignored so walked away and went out never used the bar again but apart from this everyone else were great

Beautiful hotel but needs small improvment

The hotel looks (and smells) like a hotel in Bali, like an oasis… the pool area is absolutely lovely. The breakfast is excelent. Mariana the massage therapist is lovely and does an excelent job.

First night we were given a room adapted for the disabled. No shower curtains or walls (and all the bathroom got full of water that did not go anywhere for a lot of time), the sink faucet was on sensors but it only worked for a second so you couldn’t use it because of that, and because there was no room to put your hands under the faucet… My husband asked for a normal room and they said the disabled rooms are also considered normal rooms but we received a normal one after but it was a twin room and on the last floor with no similar view outside. Then, in the middle of the night the power went out and when the generators started, the lights came on and the music started very loud and also the AC so we couldn’t sleep for a long time. The dinner buffet was not so good quality as the breakfast but diverse enough to find thinks you like

We liked the location it was very convenient but also quiet. Very much liked the room layout felt spacious, well designed and comfortable with lovely view of pool and garden. Also took advantage of massage by resident therapist, really good.

A lovely hotel - definitely recommended!

The hotel was very modern & nicely decorated with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, the staff were all extremely pleasant, the pool area was nice & had enough shade as it was surrounded by trees. The food/drinks by the pool were really nice, as was the breakfast at the hotel (though we only made it for breakfast one morning!). Our flight home wasn't until 11pm and we were able to pay extra to keep our room until 6pm which made a world of difference.

Some of the other guests were a bit rowdy jumping in the pool and blocking the walkway with their sun loungers which was a bit of a pain as it meant the side of the pool was quite slippy and also narrow.

Fantastic stay! 100% recommend!

The property is beautiful, it makes it so easy to relax! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel in general was very clean and all of the staff we encountered could not have been nicer! They were all so welcoming and friendly! Miguel on reception was great!! Juan and Wander the bar staff were also great! Loved everything and will deffo be returning! Enjoyed the hotel that much we extended our stay!

The gym could have more equipment - not a huge deal for me as I only used it twice in the 10 days I was there

Modern and clean

Coffee pods weren’t topped up after using them on the first morning. Sun beds were reserved with towels and staff didn’t remove them preventing us from sitting around the pool. No instructions on how to use the air conditioning in the room it was either too hot or took hours to get cool.

Great pool area, breakfast exceptional Waiters were great especially at poolside Lovely view from room.

Day beds roped off around pool. Room extremely warm on arrival with no instructions for AC. Requests pre arrival ignored. Reception curt ( only 1 person). 3 wardrobes but only 6 hangers. Parking €17 a night!!! Bar & restaurant closed very early
