the worst hotel i have ever stayed in .
i didnt like anything ! we had to move hotels hot water wasnt working . no duvets had to sleep with a towel !
staff where so rude . maria and julet . nothing but attidue from them and racial slures. "get on a flight back to your country" very abusive language towards me and my partner

was ok for the price but wouldn’t return .
Good location and clean . good value for money .
Bath with no plug ! had to go to another hotel to check,in no staff on desk at all at any time and cleaners could not speak English . wanted a plug for bath to be told didn’t have one why have a bath then , and check in at other hotel was very long . also hot water in shower was roasting and hard to regulate . cleaners also just walked in room without chapping door . Wouldn’t return .

How a couple of rotten staff can change the way you think of the all hotel x
It was pretty much a good all-round quality stay for a really good price.
So they had really horrible staff at meals, to the point of I wouldn't stay again!!! In my opinion and the opinion of my other half, they need to get shut of the two of them because if we hadn't of come across them two. I feel like it would of been deserving of a top notch review. Just so we're all in the know of who it actually was there always work the breakfast shift and she sits behind the bar waiting to grab and I mean grab any kids or adults even who haven't managed to swallow the food, just incase you want to eat your banana on the way to the beach instead of eat it there 😂😂

Location and cleanliness
Terrible guests (noise) in neighbouring rooms.-this is not the hotels fault but most irritating. Shower head needs attention urgent attention. Decoration is very tired. A fridge or kettle would be a great facility No receptionist is a total nightmare, especially when in a car in an unfamiliar area
