Improve the food and this hotel would be one I would visit again and again

The staff were friendly and helpful, my room was lovely,very clean and comfortable and the location is great.

There was a good variety of food however most of it was totally inedible due to bad cooking so despite liking everything else about this hotel I honestly cant see me returning, yes there are options outside the hotel but it would have been much more convenient for me if i could have had eaten there, I was not expecting amazing food as it is a budget friendly hotel however the food that was on offer was terrible. Such a shame as all the hard work and effort of the other staff is being let down by the catering.

A week in Brasil!!

Pleasant, helpful staff! Room tidied daily and clean towels on request. Comfortable bar/lounge area.

Food only warm/cool. Not a great choice. No tea/coffee facilities in room. And, most disappointingly, no evening entertainment! A good walk uphill from the beach!

Smaller hotel than expected with a small pool area, but comfortable and affordable.

The location was good for the old town, the market and other attractions, and not too far from the beach on the old town side rather than the busier east side.

The hotel is opposite the main police station and the road is closed to traffic to allow police parking making it difficult to access the hotel entrance. There is an underground car park a few meters away at €36 a night which was handy. Excellent breakfast with top-of-the-range toasting and a good selection of hot and cold options.

Fantastic

The property was very central to old town Benidorm. The location was perfect and staff went above and beyond. I request a 1st floor due to vertigo and mobility issues. I was overwhelmed they accommodated my request. The property was clean and maids came everyday to clean room and give fresh towels. The property was quiet too and there was also lots of little bars, cafes nearby aswell as supermarkets. The reception booked us a taxi too as we had an early flight and needed to be picked up at 4.30 am. The pool area was also very clean too and the hotel. I will definitely come back to Hotel Brasil. Thank you to all the staff. ❤️

I did enjoy it but I wouldn’t be staying again or recommending to a friend unfortunately.

The location was very good, staff were really, The rooms were lovely and the bed were really comfy.

It was extremely noisy! Especially other guests the walls are really thin, could hear them fighting and shouting at all hours of the night moving furniture around, also the bins outside on the Main Street were collected every night at 12!! The breakfast also wasn’t great, maybe should offer some fresh fruit instead of tinned!

Great location away from the strip but still central. You pay for what you get.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. Loved the location as it was a 25 min walk away from the main strip and a lot quieter but still central to shops/restaurants and the beach was only a stones throw away. The hotel was less touristy and more Spanish which made me feel safe staying in a room by myself. The pool area was small but we never had any issues getting a bed and the drinks were so cheap.

Basic facilities but you pay for what you get. My room had a wobbly toilet seat, the aircon leaked slightly whenever it was turned on and one of the balcony doors wouldn't lock. These were only minor to me though as I was on the fifth floor and only stayed in my room to sleep, shower or change. There were a couple of days when the water wouldn't come on but there had been a sign the first day saying it was off for maintenance and when we called reception it came back on within 10mins. Lastly, there were a few times where we had to go to reception to ask for the bartender as he had been called away to help with dinner service but again, this was only a minor inconvenience and they usually returned within 5-10 mins; it wasn't a deal breaker.

Location was good. Up a slight hill but manageable. Clean. Bathroom nice with plenty of hot water. Sockets by bed. Quiet at night. Staff are very nice.

Bed was a glorified camp bed that clonked whenever I turned over. Not very comfy. View from. Balcony dismal. Pool area very small and often in shade. There is a lot of street noise in daytime. Small wardrobe. Evening entertainment not up to much. But the worst thing was the food. It was luke warm, therefore we ate out despite being half board.

Nice hotel just massively overpriced at £450 for 4 nights

Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and a nice little sun trap, breakfast was ok plenty to choose from not to far from the beach but I like walking

No water in the room we arrived late and not even a bottle of water in the fridge I’ve stayed in 1 star and there has been water as a minimum that was a first for me Bedding wasn’t changed in 4 nights and we had to ask for clean towels I’ve stayed in place in Asia for £15 a night and had all these things as a standard

Wouldn’t stay again

Very loud can hear everything through walls and when people walk around even on different floors, beds was okay but was two singles and kept sifting apart was very annoying and uncomfortable not ideal for couples. Pool was very cold and only like 10 sunbeds. Raw sausage for breakfast, and facing a police station so wasn’t the best. wouldn’t stay again but was okay location and was clean

Nice holiday, lovely food on a budget

The location is just off from the old town but a pleasant walk. A small hotel, with a small pool that only gets the sun from lunchtime onwards, so the Pool is not open until 11am Staff pleasant and rooms cleaned daily. Food very nice and a good choice. For what we paid, it is a very decent budget hotel.

There being no sun in the pool area until after lunchtime… but that can’t be helped. Beds uncomfortable

A good quality small hotel for budget travellers.

The hotel was small and staff very friendly.It was only a short walk to Poniente beach and the old town shops bars and restaurants. Good breakfast, a balcony and a small pool area good for children to enjoy. I found it very good value for money. Wheel chair access via a small out door lift.

Nice newly refurbished hotel. Clean and bright and pleasant staff. The hotel is in the old town, there's a couple of nice cafes around with great pastries. You're not too far away from the center.

Exceptional

Very clean hotel, breakfast is always plentiful and of good quality. The team are always helpful location is perfect for me, less than 10 minutes to walk to main part OldTown and beaches etc. Rooms are basic but everything you need , good sized comfy beds, very clean and if you need anything just ask at reception, nice little balcony that looks out onto the old town streets.

Not having more time , need longer next visit.
