Comfortable hotel in a good location

Staff very helpful, room was clean and tidy located on top floor as requested. Excellent location for exploring Benidorm, good value for money. Arrival Tip discovered on last night of our stay if the chef knew we were vegetarians he would have adjusted the menu, so tell reception when you arrive.

Booked half board which was buffet style so as you might expect if you turned up towards end of a sitting food could be a little dry.

The room was a bit tired and the bathroom had zero ventilation and no window. Understandably a bit noisy all night.

Great location

The staff was really helpful and friendly, the location is superb - all the best beaches and bars and sightseeing points in proximity. There is even a Mercadona like 3 minutes away. The breakfasts and dinners are tasty and fresh, the most delicious dinners are on weekends :)

The room for three, facing the inner yard, is a tad too small for three people. Rooms with the balconies are much better, but also much noisier, so choose wisely!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful location

Stayed with my daughter. This hotel totally exceeded my expectations from cleanliness to comfort it was exceptional. Food was delicious and staff couldn't do enough to help from front desk, restaurant staff to room maids. They were all excellent. Hired chairs and umbrellas from the hotel for the beach (excellent service from hotel) which is less than a 2 minute walk away. Absolute gem of a hotel and I will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location in the old town but still 15 min walk fromy a patying side of Benidorm. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. Close to big supermarket and a small one just next door. Plenty of restaurants around serving traditional spanish food. Air con in the room included.

Rooms were bit small for 3 beds, no fridge [ you have to rent one out from reception for 4 euros per day] or kettle. Housekeepers missed 1 out of 4 days we were in, but room was clean. Breakfast was basic, kitchen staff was a bit slow with filling up buffet.

Excellent location in the Centre of Benidorm Old Town. Nice clean, en suite room, very comfortable king sized bed with quality bedding which was made up daily. Staff friendly with 24 hr reception. Self service breakfast with choice of hot cooked breakfast-fried eggs + either boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon, chipolta sausages, beans or tomatoes. Pastries, toast, preserves, cold meats/ cheese. Juice, tea, coffees from machine, fruit juices. Fruit choice consisted of whole kiwis and oranges. Yoghurt pots.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Would have liked more fresh fruit variety

Great for a no frills hotel.

This is a no frills hotel. It's clean and basic. Excellent location. Shower gel provided and hand soap. If you plan on just using this place as a base, it's OK. The food was OK, bread and pastries 2x cereal. Typical Spanish cooked breakfast buffet. Yoghurts and whole fruits. Lactose and soya milk are available. Toaster and coffee machine available.

No kettle. However, just bring your own. No English channels. It's recently been redecorated (however it's hard to polish a turd). Half board : The evening meals were not kept hot and not very appealing.

Cleanliness was very high. Staff from reception to waiting staff very friendly and very willing to help when needed. Ideal location for hotel , very close to shops bars and of course the beach and sights. Newly decorated and you could tell.the staff were very proud of their hotel! The seating areas were very pleasant too.

Very little but would have liked a little more room around the beds . Food could sometimes have been a little fresher but we did have breakfast and dinner included in price of our room so we were happy with what we had. Access was steps up to the hotel and for the less abled was a problem but were told that a disabled access was going to be put in after the season ends.

The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. For the star rating my friends and I felt the food was fantastic. The breakfast choice was varied from cold meats and cereals to a few cooked options. Dinner options were excellent too and there was soup, a main option and a desert. I would most certainly recommend this hotel and will return in the future. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful and nothing was too much hassle.

Perhaps a suggestion could be to have milk alternatives, however when I requested this the staff very kindly provided milk without lactose.
