Hotel exceptionally clean in all areas, staff friendly and helpful, food very good selection offered and quality of food excellent. Attention to detail by hotel staff very good as they left some cava and glasses in the room for my husband’s birthday along with a nice message. This was a nice touch as we did not mention the birthday to them. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Benidorm and it was a great hotel to choose. Location was great, we were in the centre of everything but the madness was outside and the hotel was calm. I really liked the front of the hotel where we had a couple of drinks every night before going out. We had a standard double room with balcony which was very clean and comfortable, the wardrobe allowed for long dresses and there were plenty of hangers. Bathroom and shower were also great. We went half board and changed dinner to lunch, which we had every day and was excellent. We only made it to breakfast once but it was also excellent. The only improvements I would suggest are to extend breakfast from 10:00am (we came in late every night/early hours of the morning so our fault that we missed it) and to replenish the tea and coffee in the room every day - nothing to stop me going again though, it was fabulous.
