All in all a pleasant stay, clean & comfortable

Great location, easy check in, great to be keyless. Pleasant, friendly staff, the property was very clean and comfortable, cleaning service provided daily, including clean towels. There were laundry facilities on the top floor, we didn’t use but looked great. We stayed in a ground floor 2 bed apartment, which was very spacious, lovely bathroom, used the spa bath once, very relaxing.

The ground floor had no balcony, we couldn’t open curtains as very open to passers by, plus would have benefited from blackout curtains, or some sort of blinds. No kettle supplied, but was supplied quickly once requested, kitchen would benefit from more crockery i.e. mugs, bowls to use in microwave. An information pack would have been useful, unsure how heating operated, we wasn’t aware room wasn’t cleaned unless tag was placed on door.

Overall, it was a flawless stay that combined comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to shops and grocery stores. Emily Suites itself was spotless, and my room was incredibly spacious with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Mihaela was exceptional, always quick to respond to any request. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The location is perfect, literally around the corner from bars and restaurants but still quiet at night. Apartment was spotless and all necessary amenities. Mihaela the host was so hospitable and spoke perfect English. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect location in the heart of old town. Host Mihaela was fantastic and very attentive; we will be staying again!

Very simple to describe,Benidorm its one small gem and Emilysuits its the pearl,Perfect location,very quiet,old town,it’s between 3 lovely sandy beaches,one minute from wonderful restaurants,bakeries,boutiques,big grocery stores,Rooms are brand new,with perfect Bed,Smart Tv,Mini living room with lovely lounge,Lovely kitchen with everything brand new,Super clean Super quiet Super location and most important,at the lobby is one lovely lady that makes your day very happy and positive,its our 4th time in Spain and Emily was our best experience!

The apartment and the amenities were finished to an excellent standard and more than I could have expected. Nice and spacious with a well considered layout. Benidorm Old Town

The place looked better than it did in the photos. Everything seemed brand new and was exceptionally clean. I appreciated the provision of shower gel, shampoo and body moisturiser. The electric window shutters were great. Air con worked very well. The bed was very comfortable with pristine white sheets and a spare blanket in the cupboard.

There seems to be a design fault with the shower tray in that water from the shower sprays out and leaks onto the floor. I needed to use all available towels to mop up. Access instructions could've been better. I was given instructions in Italian but I am not Italian (just my name is). I didn't see numbers on any of the doors. I was just given a room number, level of room and told that it was in the middle. As some countries use Level 1 as ground floor, I found this unclear. At the time I wasn't seeing a contact number or email to be able to check anything with the host.

Personale davvero eccezionale, appartamento piccolo ma fatto bene, la signora è stata molto carina e gentile con noi a farci lasciare anche gli zaini fino a tardo pomeriggio, cosa molto gradita il check out alle 12 siamo riuscite a fare le cose con calma e senza fretta.

Habitación magnífica en un emplazamiento excelente. Es un sitio silencioso, pese a estar a muy poca distancia de la zona de ocio en torno al Castell. Y el servicio, de 10. La chica es muy atenta.

Hay calefacción. Pero a mí, personalmente, no me gustan los aparatos de aire acondicionado. Prefiero alguna manta de más, antes que enchufar el aparato...

He estado en varios hoteles en Benidorm que admitan mascotas, y éste ha sido con diferencia el mejor; nuevo, moderno, con lo q hoy en día se espera de un hotel (un buen colchón, limpieza, tv con opciones, gusto en el interiorismo y en la iluminación, etc..). De una gran pulcritud, y Mihela está siempre pendiente, gestionando y ayudando con todo. Absolutamente chapeau!

El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Y a pesar de ser pequeño, esta muy bien aprovechado. La chica es super amable y esta pendiente de cualquier cosa que se necesite. Además, está en pleno centro de benidorm, muy cerca del mirador asi que esta todo cerca. Repetiría sin duda.

Unos días sin complicaciones

La ubicación es ideal, en el centro histórico, cerca de todo. Para pasar unos días en familia sin complicarte mucho. Tener el detalle de dejar agua y café, se agradece. La atención por parte de Mihaela, excelente.

Al estar en la planta baja, el ruido al cerrar la puerta principal del edificio se transmite un poco dentro del apartamento. Por lo demás bien, pero no descuidar el mantenimiento del apartamento.
