Apartamentos Nicaragua

Mercedes, our lovely host, kept in contact from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Mercedes told us how to get to the beach, old town, which bus to catch, how much taxis cost, and much more. Amazing customer service 👏 The views were outstanding. There is a great pool. The apartment is a large two bedroom with good WiFi. There is a smart TV that you can steam Netflixs etc on. Our balcony was big with plenty of chairs. We had a fantastic holiday.

I know it is a personal preference, but for us, the beds were too hard. It's on a bit of a hill, but you do get used to it.

Great hosts, great place to stay with a beautiful view in a quiet area. Recommended!

Very friendly hosts and willing to help us with our needs. Our apartment was spacious with a beautiful view on the city, pool and nearby forest. Also, apartment is a little further from the center (10 min easy walking from the Poniente beach), which is pretty quiet residential area.

We had a small issue with ants when we arrived there, which is pretty common thing during the summer in Benidorm, but that issue was fixed in few hours.

Highly recommended vacation home

No breakfast provided, we did not request or expect it. The owner was helpful, responded quickly for our needs, was always on site, provided extra service and support when needed, such as information about transportation, directions with maps, etc.

We like everything in this building, we will consider it again when plan next vacation.

Great location, very pretty surroundings, around a 10/15 minute walk into old town. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all you need and over looked the pool and beautiful trees. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The only thing I would comment on is there wasn’t a full length mirror. Everything else was perfect.

Fantastic 7 night stay in sunny Benidorm

Our first visit to Benidorm staying at these spectacular apartments. Mercedes kept in contact from the moment I booked till the day we arrived. On arrival Mercedes kindly came round to give us our keys when we arrived at night time. Mercedes gave us lots of information of the local area and there were bottles of water in fridge waiting for us this was well needed due to the heat! The apartments were spotless well equipped and very comfortable, the pool was refreshing, the location was perfect just a short walk down to the old town with local shops and supermarkets and a lovely beach. I highly recommend Apartmento’s Nicaragua!!! Thank you again!!

- Nice pool, often had the pool to ourselves - Room was a good size - Hosts were lovely and gave us some great tips on places to go etc on our arrival - Big fridge/freezer - Table on the balcony was nice to sit around - handy clothes rack

- WiFi didn't reach the pool - Shower not very powerful - washing machine didn't work - no tea/coffee in room

Disappointing

Spacious very clean apartment set in a quiet location of Benidorm adjacent a parkland with distant views. Friendly owners. The first week of our holiday was very peaceful, an oasis in Benidorm relaxing with other like minded guests around the pool and enjoying our meals and coffee on the balcony.

Apartment was basic and a little rustic, needing some maintenance. On our second week the owners had accepted a booking of 8 lads around 20 years old who monopolised the small pool and garden area with their loud music on all day till 7pm, enjoying their boytrisness and taking their music and laughter to their apartment. The owners who lived against the pool did nothing about it. We presumed as it was witnessed by them that this was acceptable by them so we did not raise the issue, Not being able to use the pool we spent our time on the beach. The apartments gardens and pool are not large enough for any group bookings, perfect for couples and quiet families. I would definitely not return unless there was a no group policy operated.
