The room was drab - dated decor- curtains off the rail - our sink in bathroom as leaking took us 3times to complain to get it fixed- very slippery & dangerous - food very poor - didn't cater for English- just spanish/italian

Not enough lifts for size of hotel, no english tv channels, entertainment very poor. The list goes on. This is a Spanish hotel for the Spanish.

No WiFi in the rooms,only ground floor. Good choice for breakfast but food lukewarm or cold.Needed to ask for a blanket as cold in bed. Not a brilliant location.

Lovely pool area.

The hotel is extremely dated and in need of refurbishment. It's a shame the opportunity to do this wasn't taken during lockdown. No USB ports....old telephone sockets that nobody uses anymore. Plates in the restaurant were put to one side as they were not clean. Food could have been a lot hotter. Very noisy guests - lots of young sports groups. Needs more staff on the bar area as the one person working was on the terrace moving furniture and wiping down tables when people were waiting to be served.
