I have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm and experienced good and only one bad stay. I must express that my stay in the Golden hotel was exceptional 👌 the staff went over and beyond and are a pride to their hotel service. So friendly , helpful that they go over and beyond. It is very clean and in a great location. Would I go back again? Absolutely, yes. Thank you to all the Golden hotel staff.

Although I found it noisy, I would stay there again to see if it was just me being ill.

The rooms were very clean, as was the bathroom. The receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke some English, which I appreciated. The hotel was well located, close to the beachfront.

I was unwell, so spent the early evening in bed. I found it quite noisy, with doors banging and a lady in high heels walking around in the room above.

1 night stay to explore Benidorm!

Underground parking available. Extra cost but worth it. About 300mtrs away. Lady & Gentleman at reception very helpful & had z nice smile. Nice little balcony. Good location. 12€ for the evening Buffet. Incredible value for money!

The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome, the dining room was spotlessly clean, the location was very good, they even gave us a free room upgrade to a sea view

There were no teabags for breakfast, it caters to the Spanish mainly, there was no cold milk for breakfast, only warm. The rooms had no fridge or tea making facilities and no English speaking tv channels

Liked the location, cleanliness and the staff

Our stay coincided with a large group of young hockey players staying at the hotel as well with their families. The result was that it was all very noisy and cramped at mea times. Ok the rest of the time.

Super hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre-ville et la plage. Le personnel des repas, le personnel des ménages et l’accueil très agréable. Les repas étaient variés. Cela fait plusieurs fois qu’on y va et c’est toujours très bien

No tenían nevera ninguno de los dos alojamientos, tenía medicamento que tenía que estar en frio,el segundo la almohada súper dura , el desayuno muy normalizo , el parking fatal, y encima me viene un mensaje que estaban intentando cobrarme 300 y pico de euros, yo ya había pagado, me dijo qué fue un error, pero a mi me dejó mosqueada, enfin no me gustó
