Great hotel in a prime location

The location was perfect, near the strip for the nightlife and choice of places to eat. The hotel is smart, clean and is very well run. The buffet breakfast was great loads of options and was kept topped up.

The lifts were slow, the water pressure in the shower was low

The only fault I have was the wait on the lift. Very long wait especially at meal times. We were on the 10th floor so too high to use the stairs every time.

Great location, close to the strip.

They knew it was 4 adults staying in the room, they could have put 4 mugs and 4 glasses instead of 2. They give a towel, dressing gown and slippers, they could have supplied 4 knowing it was 4 adults

I love this hotel , my favourite by far , it’s the 3rd time I been this year. I love everything about it , the layout the staff and the entertainment

The corridors and lifts could do with air conditioning it was so warm, very uncomfortable. Long wait on lifts at busy times.

Location & Dove products in the bathroom.

Pool was exceptionally dirty, plasters and rubbish left around the edges. Mould and dirt floating around in the water from the walls. Room wasn’t particularly clean either.

Only downfall was I don’t know if there was building works going on however loud noises throughout the day and early morning was annoying

Would stay again but be careful at night out and about.

The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was very good. All the staff we met were friendly and attentive.

Please be careful around some of the streets around the hotel as two of our party were mugged near the hotel and we found out afterwards it's a known area for this type of crime. It's not the hotels fault but it would have been nice to have been told to be careful.

The pull out bed in the room. No.707 Cut my head on the shelf above during the night. I'm glad it was me and not my grandson. Entertainment was not great. Food ok but not great. slso kept running out.

Having to pay 2-75€ for a bottle water with my meal. Would have to buy 2 bottles 5-50€ for water with meal. Don’t mind paying but the price was far to much seeing they are refillable bottles.

lifts are too small for the size of the hotel. took ages waiting for them as we were on 10th floor. we had 2 singles pushed together to make a double. the beds just slide all over the place, not very stable.

Very nice hotel. Staff excellent, friendly helpful and always smiling. Hotel very clean. Lots of different food choices for all meals. Good entertainment.

We found food quite greasy and majority of it was always luke warm, not matter whether we went early or later for the sitting.
