Can't really complain too much as I only stayed one night. Liked close to the tram station.

Room was central so no balcony or windows with a view. Was quite dingy. No tea or coffee facilities .

it didn’t have a fridge, would’ve been nice as it was really hot and we needed cold drinks in the room, but you can rent it at the reception

Our room was 425 and was massive we had two single beds that were like king size doubles on top of that there was a double sofa bed plus a normal size single bed.

We didn't like the fact we had very little natural light also would have been a lot nicer to have a balcony somewhere to sit and just read a paper or book

The food was good 👍staff helpful, but not really speak in English except receptionist Simone, this girl deserves be a manager, how she deals with all problems associated with hotel and she care customers needs with smile, she's amazing!! Simone help me also, she make difference on our life in hotel: Thank you, you are the best 👌❤ The hotel is clean, rooms are dark, TV is too small and only Spanish programs witch I agree it is there's country. But hotel soon is possible must be refurbishment.

The rooms, too small and dark and staff not understand in English. The door key not properly working, lift always busy and very slow.
