I would not recommend this hotel at all

The staff were rude. The air conditioning was not working and the door lock was broken. Staff were unhelpful when reporting this. The pool on the roof is only a plunge pool and the photos are very misleading. The tiles around the plunge pool are all broken and uneven and a trip hazard. The 2nd pool is also small and not even on site. The food is aimed at Germans and not great at all. Also the hotel is very overpriced for what it is and the location is not good. We were booked for 3 nights but the experience was so poor we had to move to another hotel.

Flying visit

You get what you pay for, we didn't like the first room, so upgraded and staff were more than happy to help.

Booked a standard room, upgraded as the bedroom window was overlooked by the hallway window and the corridor with the lift in it, so anyone getting in and out the lift would have looked straight into our room ? Not for us... when we ordered and paid for drinks, the staff tried to give us cheaper All Inclusive drinks but charged us premium drinks.

Unfortunately due to the beds we would not stay again

The room size was good and the bathroom size also.

The beds were far too hard we did not have a great sleep to be honest, supposed to be a double room and they were 2 singles pushed together. The decor was tired. A slat in the bathrom window was missing. Not convenient having the hotel pool across the street.

Food in dining area went cold had to use microwave often, cleared away early. Lounge area was cold , needs a revolving door at the entrance, wine glasses would be better in the dining area

We experienced a different side of Benidorm and the location was great, local Spanish bars in the side streets were what we loved, local to the ladies who love shopping too
