The hotel is very clean and generally well maintained and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful... We had an issue with ants in our room and the receptionist was very helpful and immediately changed our room for us, well done..... Aircon was very efficient and super cool Beds were very comfy but could have done with 2 pillows Lifts were fast and trouble free even at peak times Drink prices and measures in the hotel bar were reasonable and the service was good with a smile 😊

Food: we stayed on full board and have to say it was probably the worst food we have ever had in a Benidorm hotel over many years of visiting and staying in many different hotels. Lunch - poor and uninspiring choice of hot options, everything was Luke warm and virtually zero seasoning so most of it ended up in the bin unfortunately.... Evening meal - again poor and uninspiring choice of hot options, everything was Luke warm and virtually zero seasoning so most of it ended up in the bin unfortunately.... Asked for butter for my bread and was told it's only available on a morning with breakfast Breakfast - slightly better than the lunch and the evening meal but yet again Luke warm, toaster takes about 5 minutes to brown the bread and you have to pass it through 6+ times to get any colour on it at all, orange juice tastes like it has 6 spoons of sugar in it, coffee was awful - fresh fried eggs and scrambled eggs were ok but cold by the time you got back to your table... General comment on food - the plates you are supplied with are cold so your Luke warm food from the buffet also turns cold very quickly and this makes it even less edible! The top floor adults only pool area only has 2 umbrellas and limited sunbeds in the shade so obviously they are snapped up and reserved all day so it's impossible to lie up there in peak summer heat.... The ground floor swimming pool has no sun loungers and is very small for the size of the hotel - there is a balcony area with sunbeds above it but again very little shade which is unbearable in the peak summer months when it's 32 degrees+ Location: the actual road the hotel is on is quite clean and modern with a park opposite but the beach is a long walk away (20 mins min) in the summer heat not pleasant, down hill going, up hill coming back.

Perfect Benidorm Getaway

This is a lovely hotel, staff were very helpful, rooms are wonderful, bed was very comfortable, even though I was overlooking the pool area which could be noisy, once I closed by terrace door I could not hear a thing, slept very soundly, shower was great, I stayed half board and found even for someone as picky as my self there was always something I could eat, it is a very Spanish run hotel but it exceeded in the way it is run.

Nice rooftop pool

The Hotel front, reception, and dining area have been modernized and are very nice. The room I had was a little dated whereas my friends had more modern rooms on the same floor. My room was adequate though for the amount of time you spend in there. The rooftop Pool was very nice. The Hotel had mainly Spanish guests when we stayed.

Too small rooms for three persons, the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that it was hard to sleep on it. The bathroom was so small and no ventilation, so it was so dampish that the towels never dried. The sink had a leak. The cleanness: The room was not very clean, and how many towels we got was a surprise each time, sometimes we missed towels. In the dining room you had to change plates, glasses quite often because the ones you took was not clean. And the decanters were so sticky, so we did not use them Dining room was so noisy, it was almost not possible to talk to people on the same table. And it was no coffee/tee at the dinner to the dessert. In the information and pictures, it says towels at the pool, that’s not correct.

Location was a bit far from central Benidorm, no facilities in the room to make a hot drink. Breakfast was good, tea wasn’t very nice, view was okay, but not what I expected in an upgrade. Comfortable and clean

To have a Kettle in the room. Choice of different teas at breakfast, and a better choice of breads and rolls. Mention on your website that the distance to Benidorm central is at least 20 minutes walk for a healthy person.

Clean, comfortable and friendly with an amazing view.

The room was clean and modern. Was rooftop pool was amazing with a lovely view. Restaurant was nice. Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was nice, with plenty of choice and chefs on site cooking by request.

The downstairs pool was relatively small and did not have a lounge area around, was more of a family area however as travelling as a couple we were more than happy to use the rooftop terrace :)

Not the best hotel I've stayed in but not the worst either.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice pools. Rooftop one excellent. Great view.s.

Food not too good. No coffee allowed with evening meal. Hated that. Don't drink wine.. didn't like bingo. Other entertainment too late on. Missed it. Needed to get to bed. No kettle in the room for us to make coffee.

Excellent choice for one week at the Mediterranean. The problem is that I had to come back home ;-)

Excellent value for money choice. The food was good and the menus were not repetitive. The hotel is well located and has very good facilities. I would gladly repeat the visit.

I would suggest that more gel shower or soap were available each day, as coming and going to the beach leads to more showers than usual. But it's only a minor aspect.
