We enjoyed our stay but the last night we had very little sleep due to noisy people in the other rooms.

You could hear the others in the other apartments late at night shouting and banging about. Also getting in and out of the lift late at night being noisy.

Location is brilliant. Right in the heart of old town. Apartment has everything you need , though basic .

If your in a car , parking is expensive. 105 euro for week . Apartment is basic . Needs a lamp in main room , TV has 2 English speaking channels. Only mirror is in bathroom. The noise from apparent above , heavy foot steps , running about , scrapping furniture along floor is irritating.

Fabulous location and apartment was great. Lovely outside area and very clean with air conditioning.

We had to call for the code to get in, which made it very very stressful and just unnecessary. The information should of been sent before chasing it. As we arrived with no information about how to get in or how to get key for the apartment. The apartment keys or door need some maintenance. You had to pull or push the door very hard to open or close it, I was worried the key would snap.

So bad that I returned home the next day due to sleeping in a ‘cupboard’ they so called one of the bedrooms!

This was listed as a two bedroom property. One of the bedrooms was fine but the other bedroom was the size of a cupboard! This had no wardrobe, drawers, no mirror or even a coat hook in the room…. appalling! Trying to get the security deposit paid of €200 returned has caused immense stress. Continually had to chase this up which should not have been necessary.

Trattamento vergognoso dal gestore della struttura Presi in giro, scarsa igiene e disservizi.

La posizione in mezzo tra i due lungomari, che però non presenta parcheggio gratuito o convenzionato.

In anni e anni di viaggi in appartamenti e case vacanza non mi sono mai sentito preso in giro come questa volta. Soggiorno di 4 notti per 4 persone. La struttura sembra un carcere con 0 decorazioni e arredamento scadente e diversi danni presenti come buchi nel muro o incrostazioni nei letti sotto il materasso. Ma il vero problema è stato il trovare la biancheria sporca di sangue e le asciugamani nere e macchiate di un non so che. Inoltre l'asciugacapelli era rotto. Segnalato tutto immediatamente al numero delle emergenze che ci ha chiesto le foto come se fossimo bugiardi, ci è stato risposto che il giorno dopo sarebbero intervenuti perché a quell'ora (5 del pomeriggio) non c'era nessuno che potesse intervenire. Ovviamente sono spariti nel nulla e alla mia nuova chiamata il secondo giorno mi è stato detto che non sapevano come fare per mandare qualcuno, una cosa vergognosa. In sintesi abbiamo acquistato noi un asciugacapelli e della biancheria pulita a spese nostre. Inoltre prima dell'arrivo viene richiesto un deposito di 200 euro per eventuali danni, che per una struttura così ridotta è davvero una barzelletta. Poi vicino la porta è affisso un cartello che "minaccia" trattenute di 50 per eventuali danni alla biancheria, forse dovuto alla gentaglia che frequenta Benidorm, ma che non può ricadere imprescentibilmente su chi rispetta le cose e si comporta bene. Inutile anche l'assistenza clienti booking che non ha mai risposto alle richieste assistenza, ma ormai siamo abituati a non ricevere alcun supporto da loro quando ci sono problemi e che mi porterà a non prenotare più tramite questi.

Una gran habitacion y terraza buenísima ubicación y sobre todo tranquilidad

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y su funcionalidad solo íbamos a dormir por que nuestra intención era pasar el día entero fuera tenia una cocina equipada con lo básico no utilizamos nada ya que solo íbamos a dormir pero esta perfecto para quienes quieran hacer vida en el apartamento nos dimos cuenta de algunas imperfecciones y y desperfectos rápido nos comunicamos con Booking.com y se ofrecieron a solucionarlo y pero era x ejemplo el microondas que no iba muy bien pero no nos hizo falta porque no íbamos a cocinar ni nada ya que en esa zona hay restaurantes muy variados y económicos nos atendieron con rapidez no podría poner ninguna pega al apartamento de hecho eñ las próximas vacaciones si tenemos suerte de encontrar disponibilidad volveremos sin duda alguna La limpiadora del los apartamentos una mujer encantadora servicial

Volveremos sin pensarlo

El apartamento ( nos tocó el grande con terraza, 5 planta) impresionante, grande, limpio y parecía a estrenar. La cama de matrimonio súper cómoda, pero el sofá que se hace cama de 200x200 comodisimo. Pedimos pagar la reserva en efectivo y no nos pusieron ni un solo impedimento. VAMOS A REPETIR SEGURO

Faltaría un toldo en la terraza sino hasta la hora de cenar no se puede estar. Y a nosotros nos dieron el apartamento sobre las 17:45 se pasaron una hora y cuarto de retraso, también hay que decir que nos ofrecieron una hora más tarde de salida ( que realmente no se aprovecha xq no puedes hacer nada, así que a las 11:10 Dejamos el apartamento.
