Clean rooms, good location!

Good location by old town (but this means it is a bit noisy at night as people return home), view of the sea, good size balcony, very clean, comfortable, breakfast was standard continental with some hot food. Noon check out time is also very useful.

Great location , lovely staff

Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The location was spot on right opposite the beach. Staff were lovely. Great place to sit and have a coffee and watch the world go by. Ideal location in Old town

Lovely Spanish hotel in the Old Town

The location was superb and we had a great room with an enormous terrace/balcony on the 5th floor. Views were fantastic. Continental breakfast in the main was enough for us. There was an attempt at bacon, sausage, egg Spanish style. But we were happy with the Continental choice. Getting served, and once served, in the general cafe bar on the ground floor (open to the public) was difficult. Tended to be ignored by staff, but to be fair, it was always busy. Spanish people always got free tapas/crisps/olives with their drinks. Nothing was brought to us - until I started asking, and then not always.

Plesant relaxing stay

Location. Staff friendlyness. Cleanleness.

Dinner was not to my liking as it was quite spanish rather than international. Meat was always covered with a garlic sauce. And airconditioner was not good enough to cool the room.

Fab hotel with great staff. A last minute booking as the original hotel we had booked was awful.

The location was great. The staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Couldn’t find out how to work the air con - we could have asked but we’re only there 4 nights. It was really warm through the night so would have to ask if we stayed in warmer months

location, size of room, across the road from the beach and near to good eateries, walking distance to busy areas in new town if that's what you are going to the area for, good breakfast

was a front facing, sea view room but on 3rd floor so palm trees outside, across the road, almost completely obscured the 'sea' view - but view was pleasant and great for watching the world go by - can imagine the view from the top floor/couple of floors up, would be lovely can be noisy overnight, outside, as local workers clean pavements and empty bins for a few hours, starting at midnight but you can close balcony doors to limit the noise if you wanted

Great location close to old town, bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good and food was hot and fresh. The room was a good size comfortable and clean. Towels were changed daily.

The good: location (in the Old Town), breakfast (decent continental), price (£53 per night). Staff were friendly and location was 10/10. I'd stay here again for sure.

The not so good: the room was very basic, but what else would you expect for the price. We asked to move rooms as the latch on the balcony door was broken and for security we needed it locked.

Brilliant place to enjoy a very underrated part of the city

the ovation was perfect to access the old town, esplanade, beach and all the sights. Convenient parking garage next door, staff was very helpful and pleasant, room was of a good standard, excellent breakfast.
