I was in room 10 which was extremely noisy until the early hours then got woken every morning with the tables being put out at 7am and the bins being emptied. I suppose it can’t be helped with the central location. Recommend ear plugs which I used every night.

Great location, good weekend stay.

A clean apartment, good for weekend stay and can’t beat the location, so central in old town and easy walk to the front and levante side. Beds comfortable, good rooftop bar and bar downstairs. Easy check in/checkout and good value.

Bathroom is compact. Walls are very thin so take your earplugs!

Great clean hotel

The location is excellent, rooms are spotless clean , we had a room with a balcony to the front of the hotel , only let down the glass bottle bank out the front of the hotel on the main street it was constantly in use throughout the night , it was very very noisy..double glazing balcony doors would be great to sound proof..So get a room to the back of the hotel if your trying to get a half decent night's sleep. Staff were very friendly and accommodating 🙂 house keeping staff also brilliant 😊 roof top bar is a lovely touch to this hotel , with great cocktails.

Basic rooms but fantastic location

Fantastic location, great staff, good value for money. We paid extra for breakfast which was delicious and convenient but not cheap in comparison to other breakfasts on offer in Benidorm.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade and the electrical sockets in our room were very awkwardly placed on the far side of the bed that was hard to access - we had to move the kettle from its original location to the bedside table on the far side of the bed just to be able to plug it in. However, for the price we paid for this hotel and the fantastic location, this inconvenience was quite a small price to pay and we would stay again.

Fabulous hotel, good location in old town. Loved it!

Mature couple. Stayed here for 3 nights. From start to finish it has been a really enjoyable experience. Location is fabulous, staff are very efficient and friendly. Hotel is very clean in all areas. Shower pressure was excellent and hot water every single time. The bed was extremely comfortable. Just loved everything about the hotel and wished I could stay longer. Will definitely book again.

Best hotel for the price

Been staying at Queens since 2019 staff lovely rooms cleaned every day and breakfast included. Staff are brilliant and breakfast included. Best location outside entrance to Tapas Alley.

Room slightly small but have stayed in bigger rooms which are better. Then again you only sleep in there so no real complaints.

Comings and goings of visitors to roof top bar. Being at top of the building was awful. Patio doors don’t fit properly so we heard everything till early hours: if you like your sleep near top isn’t for you. Saying that neither is the 6am emptying of glass bins outside everyday but it’s a budget B&B you get what u pay for

Lovely clean hotel that needs to relax breakfast rules a little.

My room was spotless with Seaview was on 6th floor no 65. Bed really comfortable. Breakfast very limited only allowed one item off menu list and one hot drink. Had to pay for any extra tea or coffees. Very strict on timings for breakfast. A friend was one minute late and they wouldn't serve her even a hot drink even though the others were finishing theirs. Cleaners were lovely, rooms cleaned every day. Not all rooms were the same I would have been disappointed if I hadn't had a Seaview for the money paid. Its an old but updated hotel. The lift said hold 6 people and when 6 of us got out of the lift we were told off saying only 3 at a time can use it. For the money paid for one person I wouldn't stay again.

Value for money as a bed and breakfast. NO. Breakfast rules re one drink one item off list. NO Terrace very tight as shared with 2 other bars.

The hotel has made a few improvements since we were here last. The rooms are lovely.

We were in Room 20 and our bathroom was difficult to manoeuvre around. There was very little space between the toilet and the sink. The shower was however excellent! The water was hot and the pressure was great.

Booked to stay again as the positives outweigh the negatives .

I have stayed there a lot , staff are on the main very friendly and helpful . The place is very central in the old town . Always clean .

I had added two extra nights , the point being to not change hotels on the third day in order to have a whole day to visit another town near by . However for some unknown reason the same person who told me i would have to wait to check in time at 2pm , was the check in person so not sure why they couldn’t have just sorted it on my first day or certainly the morning of the initial stay day . Tricky bit here , the room and the view was splendid , I asked for a sea view and got an amazing sea view (due to its location it is usually only possible to get sea glimpses from some rooms and mostly city views from most other rooms . The tricky bit is it was on the top floor well the floor under the bar etc so no chance on the main of peacefully sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view from 1130 m to around 2 or 3 am each day . Plus therefore the balcony is overlooked by the people using the bar . Boom boom music playing the whole time .

I loved the staff, amazingly helpful and always friendly and chatty, the breakfast was very good, cooked fresh and a pretty decent selection, the cleaning staff were brilliant, the room was always clean and tidy

My room was quite small and as I am a tall guy who had a double bed, that pretty much was my room, the room didn't have a fridge, but that was probably my fault for not checking, my main discomfort was the distance between the toilet and shower, I am over 6 foot tall and this meant some discomfort, overall room was ok and as it was mainly used for sleeping, showering and changing it was fine

Clean place , very, very close to the beach, in the city old town , bit noisy but who can expect soundproof in any old town area of any city. Staff was very polite and had breakfast good , a few options to choose from , and a good price-quality ratio , what you pay you get definitely.

The only issue is that the reason I gave 9 instead of 10 is the safe box issue. On my booking, it says that the room has a safe box and tv and so on. It didn't say that to get the unlock code to use the safe box is a charge in cash. Depending on the number of days you stay at the hotel , you find out this from the staff how much is to be paid for the code . I do not know if there is a mistake in Booking.com listing or is an auto-tipping of the staff .

It served a purpose.

Breakfast was adequate and the hotel suited my location in the old town close to te beach and restaurants.

My room was at the back being overlooked so had to keep the curtains drawn. Not sure if the price per room reflects that but I would pay more if given a choice.
