Friendly staff, clean rooms, beds made every day, good selection of food

Our room was on the front of the Hotel so as this overlooked a very busy street it was quiet noisy at night

The location was perfect 👌in the heart of the old town.

Can't think of anything that let's it down, the staff were amazing.

Location was great, on the cusp of all the action within walking distance of the strip, whilst also a part of the beauty of Old Town. Restaurants outside hotel are worth a visit - particularly 'La Casona'.

We had a superior room, nothing was 'superior' about it. The bathroom was an old shower in a bath, not the modernised pics of a double shower - disappointing. The noise from outside was no bother, but there feels like no sound proofing in the hotel itself, one early morning tables could be heard being dragged about above us. Conversations in the small hallways are loud as people return home from a night out. Id recommend getting the double and not bothering with the superior, we had two beds cable tied together... it wasn't worth the extra money spent, as I would not say it was a relatively large room either.
