Great hotel

The hotel is lovely, very clean , lovely staff especially Kira, she was very friendly & professional. The location is great , near all restaurants, bars & shops. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.

Uncomfortable Bed but still a nice Hotel

The location and staff were excellent. Hotel was spotless And great roof for relaxing. Toiletries were excellent.

Okay stay, could have been better

I liked the newly refurbished look of my room and the infrared lights in the bathroom. The reception staff was very nice, helpful and polite. I loved the hand written welcome note and the location was also perfect. The price was great but I should have skipped the meal options.

Somehow the walls where not soundproof at all. I could hear what people talking about in the other rooms, even sneezing and coughing. The hotel was full of Irish Gipsys who were wild till late night/morning, so this didn’t helped. You could hear everything from the street as well. It seemed like the balcony door was open while it was not. Reception staff was helpful in trying to keep the party people quiet during the night. I was in a training camp so resting would have been very important for me. The bed was very hard for me so I couldn’t sleep too well at first, I got used to it by the 3rd night. Unfortunately the food was the worse part of it. Absolutely inedible, every home cooked meal tasted awful and low quality. I visit Benidorm at least 3 times a year and unfortunately this was the worse food experience I ever had. Breakfast was always the same with very limited options. Dinner varied every evening but I only managed to eat something once out of the 4 nights. Comedor staff wasn’t very friendly, they made no effort to welcome or provide any customer service. Some evenings I haven’t even been asked for drink orders. Both staff looked stressed, very busy but unmotivated. One morning some very bad smell came up from the toilet that took long hours to get rid of, luckily didn’t happened again. Would have been great to have a hairdryer as well.

Location was perfect, short walk to the sea. And the room was super clean with an excellent shower.

Value for money being in the old town central location

Location also we had the good fortune to be upgraded from a standard room to a sea view with a sunny balcony at no extra cost The courteous and professional manner of all the staff especially Diana on reception who gave us a fabulous welcoming experience who also messaged us during the week to enquire if we needed anything

Lovely friendly professional staff. Excellent location and value for money.

Customer service was excellent. Diane on reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and the lady made up our room whilst we were at breakfast. The hotel is located right in the middle of old town and everything is easily accessible. Literally one street away from the sea front in one direction and Main shopping and restaurants one street behind. There were various lifts situated around so easy to access the various floors.

The only negative we would provide was at breakfast it seemed a bit hectic. The buffet was self service and there was no order to get your breakfast. However this would be easily avoided if the middle food display was moved back so guests had to move around in a clock wise circle to access the food areas rather than come from all directions.

The evening meal and the wine served. Couldn't drink the wine and the meal was of a very, very poor quality. Didn't charge for the wine when complained but whether we will get some compensation for the meal remains to be seen. It did cost us 20 euros each

Spotless and central

Immaculately clean, fantastic breakfast and a great central location in the old town so great access to food, drink and entertainment. Also very pleasant and helpful staff and a nice roof terrace with plenty of sun loungers

It's in the heart of the old town so be prepared for plenty of street noise until the early hours. It's really not too bad with the windows and doors closed, but don't expect total peace and quiet and you won't be disappointed.
