Would have been 10 out of 10 if we had booked a different week to avoid the rave opposite.

We loved the location, value for money, quality of food and cleanliness. The staff were very helpful and even shopped for gluten free bread for me.

We wish we had been warned about it being fiesta week and that the garage opposite was used for raves and fireworks into the night.

Corroded tap in bathroom sink, PowerPoint in middle of headboard, old but clean towels. Noisy ! Very thin walls and banging doors.

Staff where very good.

Very noisy. No sound proofing. Hear everything door slamming people in the street outside talking, people in the room talking. Will not stay there again. Sorry.

Family get away for the Benidorm Half Weekend

The Staff were very good , the beds were comfortable and the Breakfast was a good choice.

We were in a family room( 309) the air conditioning unit outsde the room in the central courtyard kept coming on and going off all through the night, it sounded like an aeroplane !! Not good for sleeping

My second stay at Santa Faz. Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet food for the price (I had breakfast and dinner). Best thing about Santa Faz is the location, right in the centre of the old town, but not noisy. Everything clean and functioning as it should.

Bed was a camp bed with a hard mattress, so it was so low down to get up... to far from pubs clubs in new town but was a nice place on a budget I just think if they had a better bed would of been better for us room was a basic size nice again clean fresh

Lovely hotel in the middle of old benidorm. Reception staff, lovely and pleasant, nothing was to much for them. Cleaners do a great job and always say hellow when they see you. I read one of the reviews and it says break was toast, ham and cheese. Every day we were there it was fried eggs, scrambled, bacon, beans, toast, sausage, yes there is ham and cheese also. Fruit, yougurts, and a coffee machine for drinks. The only down side was there was not enough to choose from for evening meal. There was soup, meatballs, chips, lasagne, and rice. But i would go back no bother at all.

The room was on the fourth floor ,only 3 rooms ,I was in 406 . The walls were so thin I could hear everything that was going on in the rooms . All conversations,music. Etc . Doors had to,be slammed to close them ..

Lovely hotel basic bt very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Added another guest to our booking on arrival and it was not a problem at all. Stayed 4 times at this hotel 👍

No outdoor space really. Small balconies and small terrace out front but you are literally right in the heart of the Old Town so walking distance to everything. Beach less than 5 mins. Tapas Alley the same.

Good price for the location. Location good, close to center and beaches

The bed were bit uncomfortable but passable, the noise is almost unbearable, people speak and scream all night, in tbe hotel door slammed and people screaming all night. We didn’t sleep almost at all

Basic hotel but clean every room has a balcony breakfast good.

8pm is to late for tea time and it was chips every day Xmas night meal was sausage and chips I only had a pudding.
