The location was excellent and beautiful. The room was extremely clean and the hotel looked and smelt fresh and clean.

Loved it all. Unfortunately me and my friend was ill for the whole 5 days stay so saw a lot of the hotel room! Reception brought breakfast up to our room on the one day we could face it and it was amazing.

Fabulous Hotel in Old town

The staff are superb always happy and helpful. The ones serving the food are so lovely. Breakfast is always gorgeous 🥰 We had the best balcony ever it was huge Reception are always helpful and the coffee and cakes are too tempting not to eat

Full English Breakfast was too cold the food was great but it needs to be sent out hotter. Rooms near reception although lovely can be a bit noisy.

We booked an economy room and, to be honest, it’s rather small for two people. However it was just for one night and it was well equipped. Parking is some distance away from the hotel.

I can recommend a sea view room with a balcony. The view was fabulous. We had breakfast outside which was lovely. The receptionist, Christian , was very helpful. Christmas day meal was excellent

Delightful

The hotel was spotless throughout. The beds were comfortable and provided adequate storage. Bathroom extremely clean. Meal times were very generous, catering for all. The menu was delightful and the food delicious.

Old Town Charm

The location was brilliant, old town. Marcelo in the restaurant made our trip! His enthusiasm, bright sparky personality, welcoming nature and customer service were the best. The breakfast was out of this world, the view and the warmth of the sunshine in the morning made our stay amazing. We had different views about Benidorm from reports, but this hotel and the location proved those negative views wrong.

The shower appeared to be stuck in last minute, and was not secured to the wall correctly. After midnight there were teenagers outside our window being very loud. We would have thought someone could have asked them to be quieter?

Lovely hotel, staff fantastic & breakfasts great, but noisy outside some nights.

Lovely hotel, right next to the sea. Staff were lovely & the breakfasts were fabulous with lots of choices. Rooms very nice & housekeeping was spot on (I even got little gifts in the room after the cleaners had been in every day - a lovely surprise!!!). Liked that it wasn’t a big high rise hotel.

It was noisy outside my room late at night/early hours of the morning as it was close to a lot of small bars & clubs (& people were very noisy some nights). A sea view room would avoid this (I was in a room down the side of the hotel, close to a narrow street).

The stunning location with the sea below and the absolutely superb cuisine. Such a relaxing ambience - from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, everybody was so friendly, welcoming and helpful

Very noisy room Room 309, looked out on to noisy alley with noisy clubs and revellers who made lot's of noise ( loud music, shouting, arguing and some pretty fruity language!) till 5:00 am, some very noisy guests and overall poor sound proofing. I slept very poorly for first 3 nights, on the last night a Sunday it seemed much quieter until a screaming (proper teething or tantruming!) child in the next room but one kept me awake for much of that night: a real shame. Sound proofing seems to be the issue, I know it's a party town, and am no prude, but it was pretty awful which was a shame.

Lovely Experience!

What a pretty place! For November the weather was beautiful, just right! The hotel was very nice, comfy beds, roomy shower, lovely and clean! Breakfast staff were particularly lovely! Lovely rooftop jacuzzi with sea views - i had it all to myself yesterday!

I went for my sister's birthday and she wanted to go to "The Strip" I hated this. It was an awful experience and I couldn't wait to get out. I'd never go to that part again.

Facilities, staff, breakfast, roof top terrace and jacuzzi were all brilliant. Views from the restaurant were fabulous.

Unfortunately the room that we were given had an overwhelming musty smell in it. We went to reception to ask for a change of room, but were told the hotel was fully booked that evening. We were only staying for one night so hadn’t really got a choice other than to put up with it. I’d be concerned for anyone staying more than one night especially if they have respiratory problems as the room doesn’t have much ventilation. Room 307

The worst holiday for such a price.

The mattress was fine, and the reception staff were friendly, close to the beach. But if you’re looking for a beach holiday, I’d recommend not going to Benidorm at all.

Hotel: There is no soundproofing and no proper ventilation. In the bathroom, “ventilation” is just a window. The pillows are uncomfortable. Probably the worst rooms are 001 and 002. The rooms are small, and in room 002 you literally walk straight into the head of the bed when you enter. The windows of these rooms face a busy street on the ground floor, where people are constantly chatting and taking photos. It can be heard even if the window is closed. To make matters worse, there’s a church right next to the hotel, and at 9 a.m. the bells start ringing loudly. At reception, there’s a container with lemon water, and someone decided to refill the cups at 2 a.m. — which could be clearly heard in the room. When neighbors close their doors, it feels like a mini earthquake. One night there was even a loud quarrel in the hotel with the police arriving at 5 a.m., which in my opinion reflects the type of crowd that usually comes to Benidorm. Breakfast is à la carte, you can order whatever you like and it’s served by a waiter. However, this doesn’t mean full service: you order once, they bring everything, and after that you’re basically ignored. If you want a coffee later, you might have to go and get the waiter yourself, even if she’s walked past your table several times. Beach: Of course, it’s not the hotel’s private beach, but still: • The sand is full of cigarette butts, nobody cleans them, only new ones keep appearing. • No lockers, no showers, no toilets!!! • Extremely crowded, people are practically sitting on top of each other. • Some trash and seaweed floating in the water, which gets worse after even small waves. • On one of the beaches there’s construction going on, so expect a lot of noise. The staff at check-out didn’t even ask how the stay was, I guess they’ve already heard enough.
