Short stay in Benidorm old town

Excellent location in the old town. Nice rooftop sunspot. Good size for 2 people. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Coffee maker but no coffee pods - very strange!!

Nowhere to put wet towels or washing. Coffee maker but no coffee pods. Sheets and towels well used they need renewing. Make sure you get rooms with outside windows. Some rooms very overlooked.

Lovely spacious apartment.

I booked the apartment for myself. It was perfect for what I wanted. Lovely clean and spacious. I did not use any of the kitchen facilities, however it looked as if everything was there. The apartment was not far from the front and had lots of restaurants, shops etc around.

Amazing locations immaculate and new Apartmemts old town benidorm

Rooms were immaculate and modern and everything you needed. Location was fab for old town. The booking person was really responsive in advance of our holiday as I had lots of questions. The air con is BEAUTIFUL after hot days and walks. The terrace is a lovely addition. Close to everything, we walked everywhere. Bed are small but most found them comfortable. Not quite big enough for 2 tall adults and quite firm which some people like. Lovely bar downstairs . All locals but the owners feeds you every time you sit down or buy drink!

Checking in at a hotel a good 10 min walk away in hot weather, uphill, with lots of luggage could be improved. There could be a self check in for the apartments easily done remotely. This is done in lots of places. We were told we couldn't have an iron per apartment so had to share between 7 adults. This again should not be the case as if we were all separate bookings and didn't know reach other , how would it be advised to share 1 iron. All self catering apartments need an iron. Finally although also understand it may not be possible, a lift would be fantastic not only to ease luggage up 3 storeys but for those less able such as some of the elderly in my party

Management/Staff communication.

Good location to shops,beach and bars.

Poor communication with the management team. Accused us of having 6 people staying in the room (there were 2 of us) and demanded that we pay an extra 236 euros and, if we refused, threatened us with legal action. I demanded to see the video footage, which they were unable to produce. By way of apology, they did allow us to stay in the room until 6 pm, which was useful as our pick-up time for airport transfer was 7pm.

Great apartment for a few days stay. Great outside space on the roof terrace and lovely location in the old town so ideal for a couple or family away from the party side of Benidorm.

Near perfect stay!

Upon entering the apartment I was met with the most amazing scent, it smelt lush. It was immaculate, modern and homely. It was a bit smaller than I expected it to be but it was plenty big enough for my needs. Loved the blackout shutters and the location was brilliant, it’s not a beautiful location and has no lovely view but you’re within minutes of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and the beach within a few minutes which is perfect!

Having no lift and having to carry my heavy case up the stairs, was hard work.

Great apartment in the old town

The apartment was spotless. Location was perfect. Excellent value for money. Perfect for our needs.

The only mar was the inconsiderate people who moved into the apartment next door on our last night and put on their tv full blast at 11pm. I ended up sleeping on the settee in the lounge wearing ear plugs.

Would definitely go back to this apartment

Overall very pleasant stay, nice location if you like to stroll in to town, near to shops, bars and restaurants, I stayed in the one bed apartment with a friend, comfortable for 2 adults, n 2 kids I’d say. Nice roof terrace, fabulous butchers across the way, quiet at night time, amazing shower.

Fabulous washing machine but no where to hang the washing to dry. Had to check in at hotel, so was dragging and pulling suitcases luggage etc uphill to check in and then again to the apartment, in the rain.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Zimmer 1,1 ist absolut dunkel, nur Fenster zum Treppenhaus, ich war 2 Wochen im Januar dort Kein Papierhalter im WC Keine neuen Handtücher/Bettwäsche bei 2 Wochen Keine Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken Spüle schlecht angebracht unter dem Heißwasserboiler Kein Verschluss in der Spüle, nur abwaschen bei laufendem Wasser möglich Eisfach war vereist, könnte man auch mal in der Nebensaison abtauen Sehr hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar pinkelt geht das direkt ins Ohr Türschlösser unheimlich laut

Las únicas ventanas dan al pasillo. Recoger las llaves en un hotel a 5 minutos andando con el equipaje. No se puede aparcar el coche porque es una zona restringida.

Espectacular

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y tranquilas la verdad que estuvimos muy a gusto super cerca de la playa y de muchas cosas comerciales volvería a quedarme ahí.

Que debería aver tendedero sin necesidad de pedir y que si te quedas más de 3 noches en todos los lugares que he ido te dejan un cambio adicional de ropa para cambiar las toallas y la cama, que la vitro no mostraba los números que complicado cocinar así.

El apartamento está en buena ubicación , cerca de la playa, los atendió en Santa faz un chico que era bastante majo

Nos sentimos un poco engañados porque ponía que nuestra habitación concreta tenía un patio, cuando llegamos las fotos son engañosas, el apartamento tenía unas ventanitas a un patio interior, no daba al exterior en ningún momento, y mucho menos tenía un patio al parecer hay un patio en la última planta ( no había ascensor ) creemos q era caro para un apartamento sin ascensor ,como os den el 3 piso es lo peor todo el rato subir y bajar , y que no tenga ventana al exterior es ..... Sinceramente está reformado y demás pero en la habitación lo q parecía q era una ventana era una ventana falsa , y lo de dejar la habitación a las 11 y luego q te la entreguen a las 15 ya es una práctica q se está extendiendo y creo q es un poco tomadura de pelo Aparte q era muy muy ruidodo todo el rato y se escucha todo

Estaba muy bien ubicado. El apartamento estaba bien distribuido y todo nuevo. En la última planta había una terraza común bastante chula. Nos devolvió la fianza al revisar el apartamento y llegó a las pocas horas de habernos marchado, fue rápido.

No estaba especificado por ningún sitio que no tuviera ascensor, o sea accesibilidad cero, debería estar recalcado. En nuestro caso no supuso problema, pero hasta nuestro apartamento había más de 50 escalones y bastante estrechos, sin barandilla para apoyarse. Para mí gusto el check in es un poco tarde para lo pronto que es el check out, pero está en sus condiciones.

Era tutto molto pulito, quindi la pulizia e lo staff molto gentile

La struttura si trova in una zona trafficata in quanto si affaccia sulla strada, il letto è piccolo rispetto all’Italia e i cuscini sono diversi, inoltre gli asciugamani andrebbero cambiati almeno due volte alla settimana, invece ci hanno lasciato gli stessi , mancavano i sacchi della spazzatura

Lo que más me gustó es que está en el centro. Lo que menos me gustó es que es un tercero SIN ASCENSOR (UN CUARTO SI CONTAMOS LAS ESCALERAS HASTA EL PRIMERO) con unas escaleras muy estrechas
