Close to amenities we like .easy access to new and old town.

Our room backed on to a service lift which banged around every time it was used.we were woken around 6am when it was used in the morning and until late at night.sometimes it was used in the earlier hours of the morning.

Great apartments on the beach and in the centre of the old town.

We were able to check in early as the room was ready. The location is by far the best to access the beach and the old town, shopping etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. The price was great given the location etc and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good priced aparthotel near the beach.

Absolutely nothing really other than i could have done with an extra pillow. Spanish hotels are never pillow friendly generally and always seem to have pillows with a depth of a pancake. I'm sure had i asked i would have been given one but i didn't.

Brilliant location

The location was brilliant. So central for exploring. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

No views at all but to be fair we weren't in the room for long so it didn't matter too much.

Overall very good and would stay again.

I made the booking for friends and my comments reflect what they have told me. The room was good and reasonably sized. Good points were a full cooker and a TV capable of receiving some British channels including BBC.

As the trip was in February the room was sometimes a little cold. The air con unit didn't seem to produce enough heat. Sometimes late at night it was difficult to attract attention of reception to open the main door in order to gain entry.

Brilliant Hotel, Staff and Location

Paid extra for a sea view with balcony which was nice, the room was large ad comfortable, two single beds in the bedroom which were very nice, slept like a log and the settee converted into a double bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent couldn't be any better, the cafe owned by the hotel was brilliant, we had breakfast every day and the value for money and quality of food were second to none, highly recommend and will definitely revisit next time we're in Benidrom

We think because it was New Year's Eve, New Year's day, then a Sunday followed by a Bank holiday Monday that we didn't receive any room service, no cleaning, beds, towels, etc. had to ask at reception for toilet roll

Fabulous and a very warm and welcome place to stay.

This hotel is always spotlessly clean, we have stayed here before and the staff are always polite and helpful, location is perfect for the old town, Poniente beach and facilities. It has free wi-fi and tv. They do not have parking facilities but the Mercadona car park is just round the corner and is fine for as long as you want it. You just pay when you leave which is a reasonable daily rate so no problem. Milords also have a great restaurant/ bar which provide a wide range of food, lunches ,breakfasts etc and the coffee is great too!. The staff there are really polite and do a good job, our english breakfast was superb and a good price. All in all Milords is a fine , fine hotel for your stay in Benidorm, For my wife and myself we give 10 out of 10! Thank you all very much for making us welcome. Regards Carol and David.

The car parking system was complicated and not user friendly, trying to understand the system for level 3 residents we found complicated, regarding swipe cards, keys, codes, ok once you know how, but we found it a little stressful.
