Overpriced and rude staff.

Overlooked the sea

Unclean & dated small room. Bath jacuzzi jets kept going off randomly all night and morning. Roof top spa is freezing. No clean tables for breakfast, cutlery dirty and dirty glasses. Blinds didn’t go down so very hot. After asking 3 times for out breakfast we left. Very rude staff member (the older blonde waitress)! No management even though we went to the front desk to complain still nothing was done or even asked if we wanted breakfast! Disgusting service. What a let down.

Lovely hotel in good location

Hotel was clean and staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooftop terrace was lovely for sunbathing and spa area was lovely too. Lovely little touches on arrival and en suite in room was very luxurious. Location is good and close to the old town and tapas alley etc. Beds very comfortable.

No pool which would be lovely in the summer. Although the rooftop terrace is lovely, it's very small so would be really busy in summer I imagine. Breakfast was probably 6/10 but there is a lot of choice.

Hotel location, staff and wonderful hotel made it a very enjoyable stay.

Stunning view from our room, bed extremely comfortable and breakfast both choice and presentation exceptional.

For us we would have liked the gym to have opened before 1000

best hotel in area, view is the best so mainly good with some not so as above. yes would return

the following were very good due to second stay. location of hotel. reception staff excellent. clean. Rooms soundproof so important. Although very small rooms they were clean and well appointed.

breakfast. service was poor due to some staff refusing to speak English. Tables were not cleared and relaid at breakfast quickly, customer kept waiting whilst they cleared tables. tables were left for long periods. 3 staff did all the work whilst other did not. One member of staff chose to ignore us and would not take breakfast order. Language. seem to be a problem. Somedays room were not cleaned until 4.30pm. Not enough room for clothes etc storage for long stay as rooms are small.

Staff excellent customer service, polite and helpful. Breakfast presentation very good. Hotel location excellent.

Room was very small, cramped, and no storage space. Bathroom great disappointment. Jacuzzi accessed by walking through shower. Shower not working well and leaking out under the door. Safety aspect not thought out. Anyone taller no room to move or dry yourself in bathroom.. Tried to change room but none available.

It is a top hotel and the staff make u feel at home and r very welcoming. The hotel itself is a hidden gem on a cliff top with the best views. Would defo go back

Everything about this hotel was really good. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location was amazing for exploring the old town. The pool area is only small but the view from there was superb.

Klasse hotel 👌

When we arrived we get a very warm welcome by a very friendly lady. She offered us a drink while making ready our check-in. The room was perfect with an amazing view over the sea. We had diner and breakfast in the hotel. Both were delicious!

Fabulous, cosy boutique hotel & Pet friendly <3

Stunning, cosy boutique hotel in the centre of Old town Benidorm. We took our 2 puppies and the staff couldn’t of been more accommodating. Beautiful spacious room with breathtaking sea view.

The rooftop pool was more of a hot tub. Very small and water was warm so didn’t cool you down.

Villa Venecia

A 5 * boutique hotel with a fantastic location overlooking the Levante beach. A breathtaking view. The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for us. A nice bottle of Cava on arrival. Just loved having breakfast outside on the patio overlooking the sea. A lovely spa area on the top floor with a small gym area.

The hotel location was in the old part of Benidorm Town and was exceptionally difficult to get to by car. Google maps were not useful for this venture as it directed you through pedestrian/restricted areas on very narrow streets. You would need a sketch from the hotel on how to reach the hotel. The hotel has a valet service which takes the car from you on arrival and parks it in another hotel.

The views from our room were amazing tho the room looked bigger on pictures, glad we booked the bigger room

The evening meal wasn't a menu selection just a set meal, for the price could of been more wasn't very filling, ended up going for a walk around 10pm for food after paying around £160, but considering the rest of our stay was amazing we can't really complain because the breakfast more than makes up for the evening meal 👌
