There was a warm welcome from the helpful staff at reception. It was easy to locate and it was perfectly placed in front of the sea front. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities. The bed was also comfortable and there was limited noise to help with sleep.
Nothing to highlight - didn't manage to have the breakfast included as I had to check on out early.

Could not fault the location. Bed and sheets good and clean.
Bedroom furniture marked and bad smell in bathroom despite running water down toilet, shower and sink. Passages/lift needs sprucing up and breakfast needs to be warmer.
