One night stay with upgraded sea front

There was a warm welcome from the helpful staff at reception. It was easy to locate and it was perfectly placed in front of the sea front. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities. The bed was also comfortable and there was limited noise to help with sleep.

Nothing to highlight - didn't manage to have the breakfast included as I had to check on out early.

A really nice, clean and well kept hotel. The breakfast was great, and rooms were perfect for a stay in Benidorm. The balcony overlooking the sea was also fab :)

Few minor things like the remote for television didn’t work.The large television on the wall was too low and you had to avoid bumping it when squeezing past the narrow space left by the bed.Mini fridge wasn’t cold .No mattress protectors on the mattresses.

The location opposite the beach was good on the edge of the old town nearly tapas alley but also walking distance to the new town and strip . Clean and tidy rooms , super helpful staff the service they gave was amazing if we asked for any thing they brought it straight away.

The only negative was no tea and coffee kettle I. The room as advertised. Also couldn’t find an iron for clothes I’m sure on booking I seen this detailed in description.

Sea views were perfect, colourful rooms and bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, no eggs were available and the options were limited for us.

Excellent location

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, with restaurants and bars all around. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They offer free lockers to store our baggage if you arrive early or want to stay around after check-out, which was super convenient. Another pleasant surprise was the room game area, perfect for groups to relax and play games. This wasn’t even mentioned in the accommodation description, so it felt like a bonus! We were so impressed with everything that we decided to extend our stay by one more night. The staff kindly let us keep our room, which made things so much easier and more comfortable. Breakfast was included and featured nice coffee and a variety of food options. For a three-star accommodation, this was way more than we expected. We were genuinely surprised by how good the overall experience was. Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be back!”

The room with the sea view and location was excellent. The breakfast was completely satisfactory and we appreciated being able to check slightly earlier.

We did request a double bed but only had two singles, however we did sleep very well.

Disappointed stay for our last night of hotel hopping around our beautiful sunny benidorm 🔆

The hotel itself is in a great location, only met the receptionist who booked us in we booked a sea view for one night great view but terrible cramped small room 🥴

Breakfast very nice.The hotel is in a very good location. The room was clean and had a nice little balcony overlooking the beach.

The receptionist was polite and welcoming when we eventually got attended to, however it is not good practice to repeat out loud people's personal data, such as address, postcode and email address.

Beautiful small quiet hotel right on the beachfront with a great balcony and incredible views

Fantastic location ! The views of the beach were incredible! 2 lifts , very quiet hotel , beautifully decorated and kept very clean ! Comfortable good quality beds and furniture . Very helpful and friendly staff ! Easy to book , they offer a transfer service which we didn’t use but the bus stop is right outside anyway for shuttle to airport.
