Weekend away to disconnect from the city

There was a fridge in the room to keep things fresh and it was all automated with codes instead of having to use keys. The location was great too! The owner was waiting for me to arrive as my bus was delayed from Alicante.

I had just enough shower gel and shampoo just for the two days which wasn't really a problem. Soap would have been handier to wash hands but other than that, no problems.

Good Price - OK for a short stay

Great location, very convenient for Old Town and Poniente. The price was excellent, given that it was New Year's Eve and hostels were charging as much for a bed in a dorm. The room was clean and functional. Basic but I was expecting that.

There was an off putting smell of drains in the room. They'd tried adding air fresheners but they didn't do a lot.

Location good but very disappointed with stay

Location

The walls in the apartment are that thin we could hear the people in the next room talking on their phone, and I mean every word. There’s a quiet policy in place between 10pm-8am but the guest in the next room had tv blasting out all night, so we had no sleep all night. Booked into another hotel for rest of stay.

One star hotel, is it enough?

There are 2 key electronic codes as keys. They waited for my check in, even if my arrive is a littled delayed. Air conditioning works well. Central position near the mercadora.

The single bed room is too little and with only an internal window. They did not come for cleaning or change towels for all 3 days. The noise is coming from other rooms and is possible to ear even phone calls.

Basic, clean place in a great location

The bed was super comfortable, the furniture was modern and nice calm colours. Clean soft towels and basic toiletries are provided. The location is awesome, so close to the beach and shops and restaurants but in a quieter street. Supermarket is just one minute walk. Don’t have to walk far to get a coffee or a glass of wine. The air con was modern and very efficient and a hairdryer was great as I didn’t want to bring mine.

The bathroom was tiny, would be no good for a tall or very large person. Need more than one plug socket in the bedroom and a small bedside lamp would have been nice. There was a stain above the bathroom door that could do with a paint and some holes in the walls and ceiling that need attention.

Didn’t meat expectations!

The location

The room didn’t have a kettle the fridge didn’t work and the air con was faulty. To access the building you have to remember a 4 digit code and then once you get to the room you have to remember a 9 digit code to gain access this could cause issues at 2am after a night on the town. Should you be locked out nobody is manning the reception as advertised 24hr reception. And the person who was occasionally on reception couldn’t speak a word of English. Will never be staying here again and certainly won’t be recommending to anyone.

Suitable to a young crowd

The location was good close to all amenities but hard to locate hotel without Google maps but its 10 minute walk from beach and bars and alot of hills coming back good for exercise.

The location can get busy especially at night. On our second night the front door was getting kicked in at 4am. It was scary. I made sure our room door was locked as no security down stairs. I think it was a guest well I hope it was. The room was never cleaned not even a sweep and mop but they provided a dust pan and brush. Also the bathroom flooded from sink. And only one key for room provided. Overall good for a few nights and suitable to a younger crowd as loud and uncomfortable at night.

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Respecto a la habitación es básica, pero con lo necesario para ir a dormir y asearte.

Eché de menos una mini mesita o zona tipo área de trabajo, ya que en la habitación solo puedes estar tumbado en la cama. Aunque ya lo sabía, la habitación es muy oscura ya que da a un patio interior. Apenas entra luz. En la fecha en la que fui no pasé frío, pero la ventana no cerraba. Hay un olor a humedad constante que deberían solucionar.

Prima kamer en badkamer. Goede locatie in het oude centrum. Toegang met een code. Balkon.

In ons verblijf van 7 dagen, hebben we geen schoonmaak van de kamer, verschoning van bedden of handdoeken gehad. Wel nieuwe handdoeken gekregen en toiletpapier toen we erom vroegen, toen de receptie bemand was. Verder was er erg veel geluid vanuit uit de andere kamers of van een aangelegen pand, erg onrustig. Er was een koelkast, maar die werkte niet. Er waren wat tegels los in de badkamer. Maar het niet schoonmaken viel ons het meeste tegen.
