Very Very Disappointed

Noisy especially room 614 which had thuds and bangs from the lift mechanism. The first room 516 was an inside room which opened up to a tiny balcony in the shaft of the hotel only room for one person.On complaining we were given 614 above(Had to pay extra for this room)but couldn’t stand the lift noise (Bianca on reception did accept we weren’t the first to complain)so complained again and were finally given a decent room (308)3rd floor with balcony. Food on first day was ok but went downhill after, not good all, recycled in many cases but worst of all was that a lot of the food was cold. Breakfast just not acceptable. Also shocked to find that on the last day when we went to the luggage collection room,we found the door OPEN when it’s supposedly to be safe and locked,anybody could have run off with luggage. The Question is , why did they give us a room (614) when they knew it was unacceptable due to noises from the lift.

Good hotel with great staff

Great hotel for good value. I liked the location too, even though there was a walk uphill. Nice room, very comfy bed. A lot of Spanish guests which was great. Good breakfast and dinner. Extremely nice breakfast/dinner staff, the ladies there made my stay, and because of them, I have very good memories of the hotel and I would stay there again.

The shower water smelled really bad (like gasoline or something), because the hotel had just opened after a winter break.

Location is wonderful. No parking but we left our car in the public car park opposite for the 3 days. Very friendly staff. Lovely buffet style breakfast

No sunbeds by pool, only table and seats. Very basic rooms, no niceties but we only stayed 2 nights
