The location is ideal. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile.
Breakfast is very good, but the real highlight is the dinner - absolutely the best. There is a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all delicious and beautifully prepared, water and wine are included in the price.
The room was cleaned every day, which added to the comfort and overall feeling of care and attention.

Nice location
Food was poor and was not properly cooked ref vegetables, meat, chips, all were cold, and I had to go a half a dozen times with a little glass for water because they didn't supply bottles anymore, some guests had to pay for the wine, the machines for coffee, juice were turned off at lunch and dinner, the bed in my room was hard, the toilet was not fastened securely and rocked from side to side when I sat on it, the sink had a crack in it and noise from outside and other residents kept me awake and was intolerable, restaurant staff were not friendly and cleared all the food away after they rang the bell to tell people to finish eating because it was closing, you had to wait a long time for the lift because the cleaners were using it for their trollies.
