The room let the whole stay down . We contacted th resort via booking.com on arrival to say we were unhappy but nothing

The room allocated was a ground floor room that neither matched the photos on booking.com nor provided a patio , instead it was a dingy inside skylight with rooms overlooking it and the noise from other rooms was very loud. The air con was an antique

Worst hotel experience in years! Slept in my rental the second night!

Nothing, i am sorry to say i did not enjoy antything.

- I was given a room without windows - towels were humid and of poor quality - Staff was unprofessional and did not want to assist in any way - No minibar, no fridge, no oxygen, absolutely dissapointing experience! - parties until past 23:00, music was very loud.

I found this hotel excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful they even sorted out our airport return transfer, very good area, rooms were cleaned every day to the highest standard. we would definitely book again.

maybe some entertainment to cater for all nations, the entertainment was mostly Spanish based therefore we did have to go out most nights however t was still excellent :)

Excellent value for money for a short break

in the centre of the old town...so very handy for that location and walking to either beach. room was clean with everything you need. staff very friendly and efficient. despite a busy breakfast service, we were able to fill our boots without waiting. also, entertainment had the pensionistas dancing. funky common area and very reasonable bar prices

the location in the centre means views are not the best but that can't be helped. also, a bit noisy when the bins were being emptied.
