Short break in Benidorm.

Very quiet appart from the fact the restaurant was having work done, very restricted tables. Has a rooftop pool but taped off, so not allowed in.

My daughter and grandsons room was stinking of cigarette smoke and they kindly moved then to a noisy room above the renovations.but not smoky. Why tell you to go see the pool on the roof when it is taped off??. We were sitting eating breakfast and the smell of industrial glue caused me problems with Asthma.

Good location for easy access to Old Town area

On the seafront road only a 5 mins walk to the Old Town area Good size room All clean. Restricted road outside but you can stop to unload luggage (give registration to reception)

Breakfast pretty basic although a selection of types. Less hot than would normally be expected if staying several days. Breakfast included for our 2 night booking but better options outside hotel if extra payment required

Pleasant stay and would consider staying again

Great location and nice large room . We were lucky to get a room at the front and the view of the beach was beautiful . Staff were friendly , the room was clean and the aircon ensured a nice temperature .

There was a couple with a new baby next door and there was a bit of noise coming through the first evening , not of the baby but the mother singing to it , but it was not significant enough to spoil our stay . We couldn't sample the breakfast as it finished too early (10am ) this was disappointing as anyone out partying the night before is unlikely to make it down for breakfast.

A Gem on Poniente

The hotel serves all my needs perfectly Situated right where I need to be out the reception onto Poniente prom perfect I'm a vegetarian and the buffet breakfast was excellent even for me The cleaners are exceptional at their jobs Returning next month This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at

Comfy stay with breakfast right in front of the beach

Big room with comfy double bed and aircon. Excellent shower. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly receptionist. Great location right in front of the beach and within walkable distance from the city centre. Good value for money.

The window was facing an interior with windows and balconies of other rooms facing the same interior so actually limiting privacy, with the risk of being disturbed by noise coming from neighbors. We didn't like getting only a single piece of disposable shower gel when we were two people.

A superb seafront hotel.

The hotel has a great location with great views from the rooftop terrace that has the swimming pool on. Breakfast was lovely. We also had the evening meal which was 12 euros for a buffet, including wine and water. There was a great choice of food. Our room balcony was huge with sun loungers on it. The room was spacious and clean.

I wanted to watch the sunrise and take photos of it, but the rooftop door was locked because the swimming pool isn't open. This was a shame. That I was only staying for 1 night.

Superb for a short break away. Immaculate and convenient.

The location is superb, across the road from the beach. Only 5 minutes walk and you are in the Old Town. Plenty of shops and eateries around to meet all your needs. The staff were very helpful if we had any issues. On arrival we had a problem with twin beds which kept sliding apart. Next morning, issue addressed double bed in place of the twin beds. Ideal for catching some rays up on the roof terrace with the small pool for cooling off. Recommended.
