Beautiful hotel.

Definitely one of the best old town hotels I have stayed at in Benidorm. The staff were all lovely, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a double bed, a small fridge and a free safe. All shower gels were provided as was a kettle and tea and coffee sachets. Two minutes walk away from the Checkerboard and the same to Elche park and the bars. Very peaceful at night and a fine breakfast was available too. I will definitely be back to this hotel. Highly recommended 👍.

Excellent location, close to beaches and restaurants/bars/cafes to choose from

Lovely hotel in the old town. Less then 5 minutes walk to three different beaches. Our room had heating which we were grateful for as we were here in January and it did get cold at night. Shower was fab and so spacious. The manager was so helpful and friendly. He always gave us a big hello and smile anytime we met him. I would definitely stay here again.

The noise between rooms! Two occasions on one night I had to ring down to reception to complain about the room above us. Screaming and roaring at 1am. It did get sorted but the following night they were moving around furniture and stamping around the place at all hours of the night. Thankfully they had checked out the following day. Bring headphones to mute out noise

The hotel was a gem of a find, fantastic location, lovely room, loved the shower, and comfortable bed. The staff were polite, professional and friendly.

Lovely spotlessly clean room, was expecting a small room but it was spacious with a lovely sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked great, although a croissant was okay for me. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Very disappointed in what you actually advertised

Breakfast was very disappointing as you didn't replace anything, toaster didn't work properly . Room was grim and nothing like advertised. I was put in old part of hotel.

Location was excellent & a good base for exploring the old town.

The location was excellent, especially for the old town. The man on check in was very friendly & helpful & the room was clean. Also it was quiet, which was a bonus, being in the heart of the old town bars.

Obviously being in old town meant that parking was difficult. The breakfast was ok, but bacon, sausage & beans were cold & had to be heated up in the microwave.

Fantastic location in the old town , close to the start of the Esplanade Super clean in hotel room,( we stayed in number 403 superior room ) bed very comfy Large bathroom , good shower Good size terrace with 2 Sun loungers and small table and 2 chairs

Nothing to dislike - just a point to mention for the managers of the hotel - bedside lamps would be most welcome for future 😉

Wonderful stay in Benidorm

The location was excellent. The hotel was well maintained; room was clean and a good amount of space. Bed was comfortable and room had modern amenities. Staff were very helpful and kind.

We didn't take breakfast with our rom but purchased it just one day and felt it was lacking. Not a complaint but just not what we hoped.

Excellent stay in great location

The staff was super helpful, friendly, kind, just really nice people. At the reception but also the lady making us breakfast. She came to help when I couldn't use the Nutella machine or also gave me a banana and was smiling a lot. The breakfast didn't have eggs but the bread rolls and croisants were really fresh and coffee good. Location couldn't be any better. Few mins from beach but also town. Good strong shower.

The pillows. At night some noisy people, but that is not the hotels fault.

Location exceptional for old town benidorm.

Although I had asked for a room with twin beds we were given a double bed. Staff said it was the only one available and they were fully booked. Didn’t offer any suggestions other than you can cancel and look for another hotel.

Data breach, still waiting for a response from Booking.com Late check out 30€ for 2 hours, then they’re knocking on your door after an hour and a half. Coffee in room hard and no milk. We booked because it had a patisserie downstairs no longer there and it had merger with another hotel, rooms not as originally booked.

Charming little hotel located in the old town

Charming little hotel located in the old town. Just 50 meters and 70 steps from Benidorm's Old Town beach and close to all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was clean and modern.
