Value for money, ideal location

The apartment was really clean and in an ideal location in the centre of the old town, but once inside very quiet you couldn't hear any outside noise. Beds were comfortable. It was basic value for money.

We found the pillows on the bed too hard, so bought some new ones but that's probably personal preference. There was no bath mat in the bathroom so after a shower the floor was quite dangerous as there was a puddle of water.

Excellent location - old town is the best area to stay, big apartment with more than enough space for 2 x couples. Easy to gain entry and no issues with anything. Good value for money.

That none of our party could check on on line and that we couldn't check in untill 16.30pm. the check in was farcical.

Some of the items in the apartment were tired, the blind handles, the toilet seat and our friend has had 2 knee replacements and really struggled with the huge step onto the outside area. The outside area was a little depressing, as in it had no sun and the area around it was in need of updating. We did however expect this and it wasn't too bad considering we were out most of the time.

Good location for old town and new town. Nothing else is good about this place.

The management will keep your damage deposit. Kiss goodbye to £184. We stayed beginning of april this year on my stag do and they kept the damage deposit due to three towels were damaged... they mean they had suncream stains on them. You will not be able to get your money back from them due to this. The rooms were all basic, sheets no duvets, marked walls and damaged facilities and no kitchen pans to cook with.

Good location

The location is good. It would have been nice to know work was going on next door with a new hotel being built, so it was a bit noisy at times. The apartment is basic but very clean and comfortable. It was missing some sort of shelf/storage in the bathroom for toiletries and a mirror in the bedroom. The only mirror was in the bathroom. This aside, I would certainly stay here again and would be happy to recommend it to friends and family.

Great location and easy access. We arrived in town early and had lunch until we received a text advising us that our apartment was ready. Clean and comfortable.

Door entry keypad at times did not accept code, needs attention. Apartment needs another sofa as 1 is not sufficient for 2 bed accommodation. Clearer description on accommodation i.e. differences from standard / superior. Requested top floor as they appear to have a terrace, trying to obtain further information proved troublesome. None of the above detracted from our stay.... would book again but only if could confirm top floor with terrace.

Very spacious and clean.Very comfortable beds sheets and bedding pure white .Large fridge and freezer didn’t cook but hob had 4 rings plenty of utensils and plates etc brush mop and bucket toilet paper.Bottles of water in fridge and cloth and washing up liquid.Also had nice clean laundry room with detergents free.Hallways and lifts were spotless.We had a 2 beds apartment with balcony enough tables and chairs.Tv had itv on good local news channels and music.Free heating and giant bed spreads.

Booked room with terrace But requested one after arriving but to no avail .Without terrace you get no sun at all which spoiled the holiday.We knew it was next to Vincent’s Bar and expected some noise BUT THE NOISE THAT KEPT US UP ALLNIGHT WAS THE SPANISH GUESTS VERY LOUD SHOUTING TO EACH OTHER AND MOVING FURNITURE AT2 IN THE MORNINGS.At 6am the deliveries started outside till 10 at night and 24hour car park didn’t help horns all the time.Fencia Hotel being renovated didn’t help.But being in the middle of the old town was worth it 3minutes from beach and dove park
