Fabulous short break in a lovely little hotel. Lovely view of Spanish life from 4th floor balcony.

Lovely little hotel, very friendly polite staff. Ideal location in the old town set back a little and overlooking a little park. It was ideal for us as we are the older generation and was so close to everything we wanted. We will definitely stay there again.

We like it!!Lovely simple room with comfortable beds,nice bathroom and balcony.Service was excellent and bedrooms were cleaned daily!!All staff worked so hard to keep everyone happy and comfortable.They did great job. Really enjoyed my holiday here.

Loved my stay! Great value for money!

We loved our stay here! It exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing, they made us feel so welcome and they where so friendly! The room is good size, comfy beds and a great bathroom, such a comfortable room. It was also quiet and had a nice balcony. Guest can also use pool and facilities at the sister hotel just across the street witch was amazing! Location is also great, quick walk to old town and the beach! I would definitely stay again next time in Benidorm!

Exceptional hotel

The hotel is superb..more like a boutique hotel. Nothing was too much trouble ...extra pillows on request as well as a fan and hairdryer.. One night we stayed at family and I got a text from the hotel asking if I was OK....so impressed..the hotel is so great ...lovely and comfy.. Good location..fabulous staff..Nice breakfast and most of all its spotless

There is nothing not to like about the hotel therefore I hate to say and I hasten to add its not the hotels fault but the parking is horrendous..but there is a car park around the back at approx £16 per stay overnight as its private If your lucky enough to find blue parking in the street its free overnight and 1 euro for 2 hours in the morning starting from 9am till 11am.. White parking is free all day.. The area is very residential hence 70 % of the area is for residents only

For a continental it was good. Would have liked something hot, bacon,sausage etc.

A fridge in the room, you could fit a small one in easily under the dresser. A tea tray would be a good extra.

DISAPPOINTING BREAKFAST

Central location to old town and clean

I wasn't really happy about being served part breakfast...I expected that during the pandemic but I travel a lot and all hotels now have returned to normal full buffet self service ,this is a small hotel so I cannot see why they still need part waiter service at breakfast ...maybe it is the norm ,but I prefer to help myself.

Other positive reviews have it correct. Clean, friendly environment with no real language barrier to the staff. Nice view of a tree filled quad/plaza from the balcony. Area felt safe, not least of all due to regular police patrols.

The location was further away from the seafront than I thought it was. I recommend not trusting map apps as the signal/service constantly gets scrambled and you end up going the wrong way and sometimes, around in circles.

Very welcoming - our rating is easily a 3 star hotel.

From start to finish, all the staff made us feel very welcome indeed, helpful and extremely polite. The hotel and the room were very clean, with a reliable daily cleaning service. The continental breakfast was extensive and well stocked, including a good drinks machine, cereals, fruit, cakes, boiled eggs, toast and more. The room was very comfortable, with a nice small balcony overlooking a quiet park. The bathroom and bedroom have been refurbished to a modern high standard. The old town alleyways with dozens of great Spanish tavernas and tapas, as well as the shopping areas and the beaches are all just a short walk away.

The bed was a bit on the firm side, but comfortable.

The Hotel Rosabel was in a quiet location in Benidorm Old Town. It faced a small park and we had access to the facilities at the Melina Hotel which was across the road.

It's a lovely hotel in the perfect location, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was more than sufficient and served by very nice staff. We would certainly stay here again.

Nice enough hotel, just needs a few little tweaks to make it better

Apart from my other points, this is genuinely a lovely hotel. You have access to the pool at their sister hotel Melina, which is literally over the road and I believe you can take meals there too but I never visited or ate there. It does look nice though.

My first day there, the cleaner came to my room about an hour after I had checked in to see if I wanted it cleaning? The room was cleaned already before I just checked in?? A lot of the time I was there, I was happy to clean after myself and didn't need the maid service, so i let them know whenever they asked. The one thing I'm not so happy about is that on the occasions that my room was cleaned, the bedding didn't appear to have been changed once as the top sheet had a tiny stain on it where i dropped food and it was still there when I left my room 8 days later. I don't expect fresh bedding every day as that's extreme and wasteful. However if something is dirty, you clean it. 8 days without a single sheet change is too long. Especially when we are living in the world we currently living in. Also, it was about 27-28 degrees most of the time I was there and there is no fridge in the rooms. When visiting a country with a hot climate where you generally drink bottled water, for me this is a basic necessity. And there is no kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea in the morning either. Again, a basic thing to expect.
