Very rude unhelpful staff ,The other Spanish holidaymakers were ignorant and unfriendly towards us on finding we were British.Staff in the restaurant were particularly rude towards us.Food was disgusting,cold repetitive reheated leftovers from previous meals and had to eat out even though paid full board accommodation.As the only British customers in the hotel,we were left alienated making this an awful overall experience.

I love the beach

I love the place, the only thing i didn't wanted was the bathroom. I have my 2 year old baby to take a shower but it was so defficult to control the hot and cold water, not so good as well. Lil bit dangerous. We are three people and they only gave us 2 towels.. Then the food was so good but surprising us for dinner is the same food.. Example they cooked rabo de ternera for lunch y la sobra solo han añadido garbanzos junto con la sobra de rabo de ternera por la cena.. Stuff all amable. Especially the recepcionists.

The hotel has a nice comfortable rooms, close to the beach. Cleaning service is good and efficient. Wifi is very good.

Its my second time in the hotel, and since five years ago the quality of food went down. The breakfast is the same everyday, need better ham and cheese, scrambeled egs, pancakes, more fruits... It's very noisy in the restorant, both from guests and from staff taking plates off. There is no fridge in the room, and when you ask they dont give you in the bar.

Exceptional

24hr receptionist made it easy for us to check in at 1am. The staff were always happy to book us a taxi to the bars and to the airport. The bar area is exceptionally clean and bright. Variety of drinks; alcoholic, soft, teas, coffees etc. Pool is rather small, but looks great and does a job. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the carnage that can be benidorm. Rooms were comfy and a decent degree of space. Would more than happily stay here again.

Functional hotel

The pool was clean and it was a nice area.

Hotel was clean. The staff were friendly but the room facing the street was noisy as there were bin lorries early in the morning and glass bottle bank outside the room. There was also a lot of noise around the hotel.
