This hotel is so clean and comfortable, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly nothing was to much trouble and made our 1 night stay a very good one, will definitely be booking this hotel again. The location was great situated in the old town quite but also central to all u need.

Wow what can I say the hosts Maria & Emilio are fantastic they went above and beyond the cleanliness was spotless breakfast was brilliant the facilities were fantastic truly amazing and only less than a five minutes walk from the old town with everything going on I loved it honestly it was fabulous

Everything Especially Maria she went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay,The hotel was spotless hot shower comfy bed great breakfast with table service close to beach and shops etc old town .Every hotel needs a Maria whatever she is being paid isn’t enough One star doesn’t justify this place

Emilio & Maria were great. Super friendly and attentive. The room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Great location for exploring the old town bars and tapas alley, and only a 20 minute stroll through the pretty Spanish streets to reach the lively new town.

The hotel was extremely clean, bedrooms have air-con plus a fan, Breakfast was Spanish . The staff were excellent and always attentive, whatever you wanted or needed they would be there to help. Would definitely be going back.

Fantastic stay- really pleased

Maria was extremely friendly on arrival. So kind and keen to help. Facilities were great- fresh towels, bottle of water, soap daily. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available to hire for free. Free water station, muffins and hot drink machine available 24/7 for free. Really comfortable rooms which were cleaned daily and fantastic air con!

Get more than what you pay for...

Staff were amazing! Especially Maria 🥰 Breakfast was a continental Spanish treat and a free coffee machine for all day/ night use. Location was great to explore the old town. Cleanliness was impeccable. Free use of towels, chairs and beach umbrellas for all guests was a nice touch. Also a collection of hairdryers for guests.

Aircon didn't go lower than 20 degrees... would have preferred lower in a heatwave. Balcony was teeny tiny...can't be helped i guess. Room was bijou and more storage needed if you're planning on staying more than a few days. Would still recommend and definitely plan to return.

We only stayed one night but we were made to feel so welcome by the hosts Emilio and Maria. Emilio also made our evening

Emilio and Maria couldn’t have been more welcoming. Providing chairs, towels and umbrella for our visit to the beach. A cosy little hotel with a big heart. We were really impressed with the breakfast which was amazing. That freshly squeezed orange juice kept coming and coming.

Feel really at home here. Great Spanish hotel. Not a large hotel so Emilio and Maria make you feel really welcome and show a genuine interest in you and your stay.

The breakfast is very Spanish which is really to my liking - some might like a warm option - omelette or hot boiled eggs or bacon. However; I think the breakfast offering is plentiful for anyone.

Outstanding hotel and staff

This hotel is a little gem set in the perfect location in Benidorm. On arrival we were met by Emilio who checked us in and then gave full info on Benidorm. The hotel is spotlessly clean set two blocks back from the beach, a 3-4 minute walk to the old town and a 20 minute walk across to the livelier side. The rooms were a little small but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served at the table with you being offered cheese, ham, fresh fruit, tostada, fresh tomato, tuna, croissant the list goes on. The staff were exceptional constantly topping up your fresh orange juice. We will definitely be returning and have no reservations of recommending this hotel to everyone. 10 out of 10.

We liked everything, we can only speak very highly of Hotel Castillo. The lovely welcome on arrival, Emilio was so helpful with everything and very informative. We only needed to ask if we were unsure of anything. Showing the four of us to our two rooms our rooms were very welcoming and spotlessly clean. Maria was there in the evening when we strolled back to the hotel. She asked about our day and if we needed anything before she finished her shift. In the morning at breakfast Maria greeted us with a lovely smile and good morning. Looking after us so well, Breakfast is Spanish Continental plenty of choice and is served at your table. We were sad to leave today, we felt we were leaving friends. We will certainly be back ASAP. This hotel is a credit to everyone who is involved with the running of it. Hotel Castillo certainly deserves every one of those excellent reviews it has been awarded. Well done all of you, it was a pleasure to stay with you. Thank you from.. Everything! Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location, in the old town, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Emilio is the best and went out of his way to make our overnight stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are bright, airy and spotless clean. Breakfast was perfect as well. Fantastic value for money. We will definitely stay here again upon our return to Benidorm.

Great location great rooms, great staff.

Everything was perfect. In particular the staff. Emilio was great on arrival, and I must give a shout out to Fred who ensured check in with smooth, even actually taking me to the car park as it was difficult to find and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in my rate and this was a typical Spanish ham and cheese plater with fruit and juice if you wish. Hotel is in a great location, and everything was fantastic
